What ever this Spirale was, it seemed like a normal city...almost. There were certain things that were strange in the architecture but the people, the sounds, and the smells were all very familiar. Mitsuru had thought this city might have been something akin to the Dark Hour or the TV World in Inaba, but this was something else. And there was no telling how long she would be here. Everyone being keen on pointing out how impossible leaving the island was didn't bode well.
As she walked aimlessly down the street and considered her next course of action, something in her peripheral vision caught her attention. It was a boy with blue hair crossing the street and waving to catch her attention. Did he know her? He certainly didn’t look familiar, but he clearly didn’t look both ways before crossing the street.
“Look out!” The woman cried out, but her Evoker was already drawn and pressed to her temple. “Artemisia!” Mitsuru invoked the name of her persona as the Evoker went off, making Artemisia materialise between the teenager and the careless driver heading straight toward him. With a horrendous screech the vehicle is halted by the persona, which promptly dissipates now that her task has been carried out.
Mitsuru rushed over to the boy in concern. “What were you thinking?” She scolded him. Upon closer inspection, there was something...oddly familiar about him. She couldn’t help feeling like she knew him somehow, and yet she still didn’t recognise him or know his name.
“This might sound odd, but have we met? You seem to know me, yet I don’t know you at all. I’m getting a strange sense of deja vu.”
