“I went into a direction— my intuition was saying this was the right direction to try and fit the car to my driving, and that worked out very well…
And it just feels good. I mean yeah in these kind of moments it’s tricky. I kind of had two options. One was to basically change my driving style and just copy Lewis because that seems to be working very well. Second was to keep my driving style and to try and find a way around with the car and that’s the second option I went for. And today paid off and I hope it will pay off [for the race] as well.”
