First dinner in Helsinki! We went to @passiodining and had their five course surprise menu! That meant that @_at_jason and I couldn’t pick our meals... what an incredible experience! We tried authentic Northern European cuisine including white fish ceviche, veal tartare, trout confit, brisket, local berries, and cheeses. This all worked with my keto requirements (for the most part). Jason was NOT keto for this meal lol (the ice cream dish was his!) Tonight Cadence and I tried another type of veggie burger. Tonight we added lettuce, cheese and a salsa mix on top. Cadence said this is to die for and we must buy more varieties. It has been great to expand my pallet while trying to eat healthier. Though we are now wondering if they make vegan or vegetarian bacon. We have turkey bacon but now we want to try that on the veggie burger to see if we can substitute for a BBQ bacon burger. Hell maybe I will even try to smoke them next time I smoke. #amateurchef #trynewthings #vegetarianfood #adventurouseating

Day One Hundred Twenty-Five: We love trying new foods! These cupcakes were delicious! The artichoke hearts worked like zucchini or carrots and gave the cake a tender crumb. The flavor was similar to vanilla with just a hint of nutmeg. The frosting was cream cheese.
