Since it’s been about a year give or take since this gem, I decided to subtitle Fabio’s full reply to the journalist asking him whether Marc will be a title contender in 2022.

Important note: Fabio had been liberally chugging Prosecco throughout the World Championship press conference, and since this is the only time I’ve heard him say that he adores Marc, I can only assume that the alcohol made him get a bit more loose-tongued than usual.

Oh yeah! All the types of ink for clothes that used to be so rare and hard to own too? So loves vibrant and unusual colours. Pale pinks and deep reds and a myriad of blues and all shades of purple look great on her, and she is just /fascinated/ by the available variety. Very, very sorry that tailoring has vanished for all but the rich now. We never get clothes actually made for /our/ bodies. Adiris can make things, though, and she gets into helping people tailor or—if they have interest—even make their own. Although her experience is with a completely different set and style of things than we use.

2nd Anime Plaza Cafe - December 2017

I basically did Jump Festa and this cafe in one trip up to Tokyo cuz timing.

I was a little sick at the time, so as much as I love Hiei, I didn’t want to eat the Douse Shinu nara Tatakatte Shinu (If you’re going to die anyway fight and die) Kokuryuuha Okonomiyaki because it looked a little too heavy for what my body was going to be okay with, and I know the frickin’ title of the dish was a challenge to do it anyway. I really didn’t want to waste it. I went with the Yusuke Chasiu Ramen, or rather Hey, omachi! Yusuke Tokusei Chasiu-men. (Hey, wait up! Yusuke Special Chasiu Noodles).

Hiei drink was tasty with purple berry-ish flavorings. Basically blackberry themed. Name of the drink is also his line he says to Mukuro in the anime during their fight. “Subete o suteru nowa hayasugiruna. Omae mo ore mo.” (It’s not too late to throw it all away. For you or me.)

The other drink on the right is the Hagiri Kaname drink called “Mou ore kara nigerarenaize” (You can’t run away from me anymore) and is styled after the Shimon Jyuujihan (I think translated in English to Death Print Bullseye?) It made me laugh though because it has a pretty solid whipped creme top and then in chocolate syrup the target symbol in it and then a frickin’ cookie of one of the knives he threw at Yusuke. I love Sniper too though and if I had a power from the world of Yu Yu Hakusho, short of having some kind of fox abilities (although not plant-based because I have allergies so I could never take after Kurama), I would love to have specifically that power of Sniper’s just because it’d be so useful. Also hilarious. I could throw random shit at people and it would stalk them until it hit them. Like if a car was a jerk and almost hit you as you were crossing the street, you could be passive aggressive and do Shimon Jyuujihan on them and then just throw some pebbles at them and wait. So yeah, love Sniper, and loved the drink.

The dessert was of course a must-have Hiei dessert. It’s the Jyao Ensatsu Kokuryuuha-rfait. XD It sounds more eloquent in Japanese because of the way parfait is written in katakana, but also super tasty. I have no idea what kind of ice cream exactly that was, but it was good. Normally even the juice in blackberries comes out purplish, so what do you have to do to make an ice cream actually black? I didn’t want to eat the cookie Kokuryuuha either and I tried to save it, but those kinds of cookies are really fragile so it broke on the way home. ;o;
