Yes, if they just happen to pass by each other nothing should happen! But for something to happen, they must make eye contact, recognize that there’s someone who looks exactly like them and then the ‘doppelganger effect’ is in play. So, hair color doesn’t have much of a factor, but rather their facial features!Â

Another question for you. Going off of your example given of two IUs with one being just a citizen and another being an important rebel, let's say there's other people that have threads with both IUs, or even having threads with one or the other. Is it possible for other people to mix these IUs up and assume one is the other? Like mistaking a criminal for someone innocent and vice-versa. I hope I made sense!
Yes, it is possible! It’s only the faceclaim, or in this case IU who wouldn’t be able to recognize her twin if they appear on television or in pictures because to them, the face is a blur (seeing them in person is a different case). But for everyone else, they can obviously see that they’re twins/doppelgangers. So, yes it is possible for people to mix them up and assume one is the other!

And you’re given a lot of options for your muse, i.e: you could be an idol/celebrity, or you could be a ceo of a large company, to just a simple university student! So you can easily create a muse within your comfort zone since it’s kinda like a slice of life/city themed directory! So, it won’t be too hard for you to adapt and learn at all!
