neuroditeacher: a gender related to being neurodivergent and a teacher, a neurodivergent teacher, etc.

autiteacher: a gender related to being autistic and a teacher, an autistic teacher, etc.

adhdteacher: a gender related to having adhd and being a teacher, being a teacher with adhd, etc.

I know this because after staying out late with friends and only heading to bed after midnight, I woke up at 6 am to get some work done at school before everyone else starts their day.

 'Cause I wanna have fun with all of them once they're actually awake, but I also have prep to do. 

ADHD coping strategies that I'm using today:

 - playing loud music while I do non-cognitively challenging tasks. 

- biked 15 minutes to school, and am taking stretching breaks. 

- setting a timer, and taking breaks. The ratio of work:break is currently about 5:1

 - using email notes that I sent to myself last year about what I wanted to do differently this year (impossible to lose notes- as long as you remember your key words!) 

- using lists (trello is super useful, but I've also got my bullet journal.) 

- working one task or category a time, both to keep me on track, and because I'll actually finish something and be able to check it off my list.
