Clan Dalavurnasis means Many(Infinite) Spirits of the Leaves, named for the trees, or Sylvans, inhabitted by benevolent spirits in their home forests south and east of the Arbor Wilds, a place that has no name to the peoples of Fereldan or further north, but to her people called Revasmahrad, or The Far-Freegreen, as best as she could translate. They were devout worshippers of Mythal, and most all of them bore unique and intricate vallaslin of her all-seeing tree, also inspired by their firm friendships with the sylvans. She was sent north as an ambassador to the other Dalish clans to keep them from becoming entirely separate peoples, but found most unwelcoming, lost to time, or even dangerous. Lavellan, a clan she spent years tracking after a tip from a lone wandering Dalish Elf named Rasalam, was the first clan to openly and lovingly welcome her into their family.
