Hi, two questions to the community. 1: Do you guys feel calmer and just (I don't have a better word) round when you are in water? I found that being in water, especially if it's salty, sends me to a very calm and happy place. I feel like it has something to do with sensory 'completeness'. Any ideas, experience or research on this one? I'd like to understand why this might happen so I can replicate the feeling in different setups as I live in a country with no seas or oceans. 2: Does anyone else struggle with active noise cancelling headsets? I've purchased one about a month ago but I don't really tend to use it, because it bugs me sensorily, it feels like there is constant buzzing in my ears but without the sound of it. (Sorry if what I wrote is hard to understand, English is not my first language and very specific feelings like these are hard to describe.) Your thoughts/comments/experiences will be highly appreciated.
omg i have so many tumblr tabs open bc i want to read a certain post or make a certain post or make a new blog or edit an old blog but i also want to continue scrolling into the depths of hell but then i get distracted and forget all about the other tabs until i realize i should close out of them
the beauty of ad(h)d-- procrastinate, get distracted, forget, rinse and repeat.
I fucking need my meds why the FUCK do I have to wait until FUCKING May???
I can't concentrate, like, at all. I remember the first semester in 2019 when I could work/concentrate several hours every day and I rarely missed assignments. Now I can't even do an hour a day. This is gonna be soooo bad.
You see the thing with me is that I switch between major hyperfixations every 6 months or so. Like, when I started this blog, I was in the depths of my Milo Murphy’s Law hyperfixation, but in the time since then I’ve shifted to an Inanimate Insanity hyperfixation and now seem to be in a DuckTales hyperfixation. And considering that regardless of that, I’m always obsessing over stories, the stuff I reblog and post about is pretty dang inconsistent.
But then, there’s my “sleeper agent”. And by “sleeper agent” I mean “literally every time I see Kirby content I will ramble to myself for an hour.” But you see, I wouldn’t call it a main hyperfixation. But it’s always there. Person: “Pastel, you hyperfixating on Kirby?” Me: “That’s my secret. I’m always hyperfixating on Kirby.” I don’t know where I was going with this, but I think this pink ball of positivity has secretly made the Hulk, kay bye-

Hi all! In normal (non corona, non depression) times I design. I designs bags, clothes, stickers, pen pouches :) Love it so much and it is something I think I am good at. Hopefully I will be sewing again soon, working hard towards that!!
This is my last design and latest creation, a personal penpouch wich I can assemble just the way I like it. I keep a Bullet Journal, on one day I keep my diary, on another I log my progress in the SaveGame file or the current challenge :) for both I have different pens I use and 'need', this way I can keep the oversight!
To manage my mental illnes (I have a bipolar disorder) and implement planning and order because of AD(h)D I dedicated my new BuJo to the Sims and thought I would share this, for maybe it helps you or a friend.
More information about The Bullet Journal Method by Ryder Caroll click.
You actually only need a notebook and a pencil. I am a bit creative and have been keeping a Bullet Journal for several years so that is why I use so much stuff ;)
