Bio:

Circe is the eldest sister of the three Fassel siblings, working as a florist with a second job as a model for Gothic Lolita fashion. Compared to her younger sister, Circe is much more expressive and talkative. Circe is a connoisseur of gothic lolita fashion and wields a rapier in battle. Her love for the 19th to late 20th century is apparent in her choice of fashion, with a lot of her free time being devoted to researching the various fashion trends, paraphernalia from those periods.

Circe was the leader of the same street gang that Lucia and her friend Topaz were part of back in the day, but retired two years ago. After learning of Topaz's hostile takeover attempts, Circe joins the fight to take back the turf she grew up on and hopefully put an end to this gang war before it explodes into something much more violent.

Circe is fiercely protective of her little sister, but seems to want people to think that she is the same age as Grym, becoming incredibly evasive when asked about her true age...
