No, you need to listen to the best boy, Winifred! Winifred!!! Don't worry, the best boy will get help!! Oh man, I've been concerned about this meeting for a bit, but I wasn't expecting that! Thank you Steph for such a fantastic season 2, and for sharing your mom with us via Winifred. β€οΈ My local foodbank got a little something extra after I heard this episode. π
@worldgonewrongpod 2025 Holiday Special - Who Fired the Ghost of Christmas Past?: This special was so fun! Jamie and Malik doing the different voices was everything I needed while decorating my family Christmas tree (yes, we only do it 1-2 days before Christmas, what of it?). The constant live updates were so funny. Those poor ghosts, having to be inside those billionaires' heads. What company? What industry?! Solidarity forever! Also, I want to hear this whole song. π
Achewillow S2: Miriam has stayed in Achewillow! She's the only thing standing between the town and the hunger demon, week after week, and yet there's still so much she doesn't know about the town and it's residents. Then two newcomers arrive and shake things up even more! I will say, I was correctly suspicious of a certain individual; granted, I wasn't under the influence of any malevolant powers. I wonder if the results of this season's adventures will have Miriam feeling a little more confident about her magical abilities going forward. β
@vestaclinicpod Episode 37 - Solari: What a season finale!! The way my heart seized (pun NOT intended) reading the episode title... Oh Faye, you poor, beautiful doc, dealing with so much happening all at once! She's so hard on herself. We got some answers to questions I've had about Rai, and I'm glad he's doing as well as he is. Faye's recounting of the seizure was...as someone who had a tonic-clonic seizure for the first time last year, it definitely hit close to home (no more since the first one though, thanks antiepileptics!). Then the pressure of whether or not to plug the chip into Sec... Then Baby hatching!! Then the Prof!!! But where's Sec?!! He promised!! My emotions are all over the place now!! Excitement and elation and fear and worry all swirled together! If I were in an Adrilean change cocoon, it would be such a kaleidoscope of colour. Thank you to the Vesta team for such an incredible season!! βοΈ
@forgedbondspod - Chapter 40: Party time! Omg, of course Ares and Hermes accidentally get engaged at the same time, they're too cute. I'm gonna need a description of the rings that Phae makes for them. Ooh wait, are we going to get a double wedding? That would be too sweet. Aww Phae would go back to Olympus for Aph? And they'd live with Ares and Hermes?? Okay, absolute sweetness overload going on! π
@thesoundmuseumpodcast S1E8 - The Museum: Another season finale!! First, let me just say, the sound design absolutely killed it, again. So good. Now onto the story. We learned so much about Sloan and the Museum, and now I have a million more questions. They can psychically link with it?? Sound worms?! Finally, Vinnie is introduced to Sloan! And now it'll be accompanying Paris on their excursions? Okay, Paris and Sloan are the sweetest. Yay, ace4ace power couple!! Oh dang, that Vinnie and Sloan conversation was intense... The thought of how Sloan's psychic link manifested and impacted the museum during their distress over Paris' disappearance is scary. And then to hear them...looking...at Vinnie...I am very intimidated. I can't wait to learn more about everyone, and hopefully get to the bottom of these sound worms, in season 2!! π€
