Pairings: Student Reader X Professor Snape [Platonic]
Warnings: Drowning, Near Death Experience
Summary: Taking place where It's winter and the professors were given permission to hold certain classes outside, As you were skating on a frozen lake. You fell. And was rescued by Professor Snape
⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹₊⟡⋆⊹⊹
The chill of winter had settled across the grounds of Hogwarts, casting a soft, frosty glow over the castle and its surrounding landscape. The snow had been falling steadily all morning, blanketing the world in a serene silence. It was a day you had looked forward to all week, though it was far from a typical lesson.
Since it was winter, it was announced that the beginning of the week. Classes would be held mainly outside, nearby the frozen lake. To make things even much more interesting, you and your friends decided that it would be a good idea to ice skate on the frozen lake. Since it was a really rare chance for professors to allow students to roam around outside of hogwarts.
The professors brought everyone outside, students having the choice to either bring boots or skates. You chose skates, lacing up your skates, you felt a small smack on the back of your head.
"Come on, slowpoke! If you can catch me I'll treat you to anything you want in HoneyDukes!"
One of your friends called, already skating effortlessly across the ice. The others joined in, skating in wild, joyful loops, their laughter carrying through the crisp air. You grinned as you pushed off your blades towards them on your skates, The cold wind brushing past your face as you skillfully manoeuvred through the crowd of students to try to chase up to your friend.
"Crap! [Y/N]'s catching up- Just how the hell are you so fast?!"
Your friend yelled as they skimmed through the Lake, trying to lose you.
"Food," you said, your tone insouciant with a hinge of smugness, as you picked up the speed and skated towards the frozen lake, determined to catch up with your friend. You could feel the surge of radiating excitement as you continued the chase.
Suddenly, you hear a low, ominous crack beneath your feet. For a moment, it’s barely noticeable, just a faint shiver in the ice, but then the sound grows louder—a deep, thunderous rumble that shakes the ground beneath you. Panic surges through you as the crack spreads outward, a jagged line racing across the frozen lake.
You froze up a little in fear as you're about to turn back the other way from where you skated. Before your foot slipped, unable to regain your balance, you felt the ice shatter beneath you.
A loud crack could be heard before a splash.
A shriek of Fear was heard throughout the area, As you plunged and fell deep into the lake.
It was a sharp shock at first, the moment your skin touches the cold water. It was as if a thousand needles are pricking against your skin. Your body temperature was dropping deliberately, that it made it difficult to even breathe or gasp for air.
The Moment was so sudden that you didn't even have any time to react.
Everything was a blur, As the darkness beneath the lake slowly engulfs you..
"Is this it..?"
You silently thought to yourself.
Embracing what's to come, everything around you stirred in slow-mo.
The coldness was violently spreading through your skin, seeping in deeper and deeper. Until you feel numb, almost paralysed. Choking out every warmth you've had on your body.
You could only hear muffled noises through the thickness of the water... They were most likely from the students who witnessed the incident first-hand.
Before you saw a distorted view of black robes appearing at the edge of the water, with only limited amount of vision under water you could'nt really tell who it was. And then, without warning, you felt something yanked you out from the depths of the water.
"Wingardium Leviosa.."
You Gasped for air the moment your head got the chance to peak the surface. You're now floating In the air, drenched in icy cold lake water that soaked your robes from top to bottom. Droplets trickled off your robes, steady cascade down your arms and the fabric’s seams.
"P- professor- S..nape.." You try to utter the professor's name, But your still recovering from the near death experience. Teeths were chattering each other fiercely as if you didn't had any control over it.
He didn’t wait for a word of thanks. After Putting you down slowly from the air, his hands wrapped tightly around your wrist. Tugging you away from the dangerous edge of the ice and toward the shore.
"I didn't expect one of my students to be so foolish, especially you [Y/N].." Snape muttered under his breath.
He gave his wand a complicated little wave so that hot air streamed out of the tip, pointing it at your robes, which began to steam as they dried out.
"Hot Air Charm.." You recognised that charm immediately, as it was recently taught by Professor Flitwick. You remembered how he said this would be tested by the end of the semester, a charm used often in this type of weather.
"Being good at charms doesn't mean anything, when you are entirely incapable of taking care of yourself." Snape's voice, though sharp and scolding, held an undercurrent of concern that made your heart flutter.
"You are lucky to be alive. We’ll get you inside before you freeze to death."
As he Ushered you back into the school, leading you to the Common room.
There was something comforting about his presence, despite the usual air of frustration that followed him. You hadn't expected the scary dungeon professor to show such care.
"Thank you," you whispered, your voice barely above the wind.
He said nothing at first, simply continuing to walk alongside you, but the moment you stepped into the common room He muttered.
"Don't Make a Habit out of this."
.~.
The warmth of the fire crackled softly in the common room, as you sank into an armchair near the hearth, your body Shivered less after letting out a deep sigh.
The relief palpable as you went to cradle a mug of hot chocolate in your hands. The rich aroma of the cocoa was comforting and alluring as if it was inviting you to take a sip...
Prepared to take your first sip. Snape's voice cut through the stillness.
"Not yet. Put that down," Snape instructed firmly, though not unkindly. "You will drink this first." He took out a small vial from his pocket.
You could see a thick, pale Blue liquid swirling inside the vial, with a scent that is oddly strong but soothing.
"Is that Calming Draught?.." You Asked.
"Indeed.." he replied, "Your body may have dried, but your mind needs settling. Drink this." He said as he handed over the vial.
"I don’t need a potion, Professor," you replied quietly, more out of instinct than conviction. You really did want the hot chocolate, something simple to help you forget the fear that still clung to you.
"Don't Be Stubborn Child.." Snape said sharply, stepping closer. "Anxiety, panic—these things are not easily conquered with something as trivial as hot chocolate."
Your gaze faltered as you looked back at the calming draught, feeling a bit foolish for having tried to dismiss his advice. Taking the vial, you held your breath and drank the draught in one gulp. It tasted bitter, almost medicinal, but as it slid down your throat..
You immediately felt the effects of the potion taking place.
A cool wave of calm sweeping through you. Your shoulders, which had been tight with anxiety, seemed to relax, and your breath became steadier.
It’s hardly surprising that the potion effect was effective, given that it was brewed by one of the best potions professor..
Noticing that you're now more relaxed, Snape gave you a curt nod but didn’t offer any further words of comfort.
"Professor.. Again.. uh- Thanks for saving me"
You broke the silence, Awkwardly. Knowing Snape wasn't really one for small talks.
"Don’t think for a second that I’ll tolerate any further recklessness when it comes to your safety...I will not always be there to save you from your own impulses."
You nodded quietly, his words more a reminder than a lecture...
As he turned and walked out of the common room, his robes swayed behind him with effortless elegance, leaving you in the warm solitude of the room. The soft crackling of the fireplace filled the silence, wrapping you in its comforting embrace...

Pairings: Student Reader X Leonora Lesso X Clarissa Dovey [Platonic, Can Be Parental Dovesso]
Warnings: Curse words, Slight Threats
Summary: Trying to adapt to the New environment and Place in the School You find yourself Lost in situations you're not called for...
✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊
You didn’t seem to need anything. No redemption nor retribution. Just the quiet acceptance of your existence..
"Perhaps they’re just Grey... Morally Grey."
“We’ll find a place for you.. Im sure we’ll find something,” Dovey said, though the certainty in her voice had lost its edge.
You gave her a glance, unsure and lost. This was definitely not in the movie before.
“I don’t think I belong Anywhere, Professor..” You spoke softly.
Lesso chuckled, a sound that was both menacing and oddly pleased. “Not yet, you don’t.” With a delicate swift motion, she guided her cane to tilt your chin up.
Bringing her eyes to you before she Asked, "How about joining the school for Evil for a change?.."
"What? Lesso! You can't be serious!.." Dovey’s Eyes widened, Getting caught off gaurd by what Lesso had said.
"Oh you know me Dovey.. Its just that i cant bear to see such a lost cause. So much potential, but so little time. Maybe if they'd join Evil. We'd finally see Evil win after all these years.." Said Lesso, her tone hinged with competitiveness.
"Leonora, You know what the headmaster would say about this if we misplace one of the students in the wrong school."
Lesso let out heavy sigh, the sound carried the weight of annoyance and frustration. Knowing that consequences may arise from her actions.
"Very Well then.. In the meantime, I suppose the reader could stay in the extra room we have in the school of Evil, For now. Dovey will try to figure out how to talk to the headmaster about your situation."
"Lesso!- I-" Before Dovey gets to argue her statement, Lesso Cuts her off Mid-Sentence.
Arching an eyebrow as if she already knew how Dovey is going to respond, before casually raising her hand.
"Oh~ how polite of you to offer your assistance to us Dovey. Thank you so very much." Lesso’s tone drips with mock politeness, whilst giving her a slight smirk.
"As for now.. It's showtime~"
.~.
As you were walking through the hallways, You had Lesso’s Curiosity peaked. “You’re quite composed for someone entering a world where they’re expected to be molded.” Her tone was tinged with an amused mockery. “You’re not nervous? Are you.? Because if you are, there wont be anytime for you to dwell on it.”
You shook your head. “Fear is a luxury for those who have somewhere to go. I’m just… here, apparently. And topping off with studying for both school.. Nothing can really scare me." You try to cope with your dry humour, attempting to brush off the feeling of unease.
But However Without realising, your fingers gently brushed against Lesso’s. A small subconcious gesture that betrays you, As if asking for reassurance from the Dean.
Lesso feeling the slight touch of [Y/N]'s fingers, froze slightly but doesn't immediately react. Her gaze was unfaltering as if nothing has changed.
"How Careless.. As expected for beginners. Although I didn't expect you to be such a liar." Her Fingers briefly traced soft, slow circles on the back of [Y/N]'s Hands before reluctantly pulling away. As if brushing off something inconsequential.
Her tone remains cool, detached, but there's a certain rigidity in the way she moves her hand, a hint that she'd rather die than to admit that she slightly cared.
"I'll make this clear, reader. I don't have time for emotions."
Ironic enough, there's a faint tightness around her eyes—something unspoken, hidden beneath the layers of her professionalism.
“Your Lies could use more work. And so does your posture.” She lectured, Almost like how she would've addressed every other student. It didn’t matter that it was your first day—weakness had no grace period here.
Walking Further and Further into the depths of the school halls. Just at the end of the corridor, there stood a door that no one remembered — it looks almost misplaced. Like a fading memory that's Bathed in a half-lit eerie glow, waiting for someone to tell a story of its own.
[Y/N] stepped through the door expecting a cramped, dust-choked room, forgotten and decayed.
But what unfolded before [Y/N] was vast, unexpectedly so.
Inside, the space opened up in a way that defied the room's crumbling exterior. The quiet and clean ambience filled in the atmosphere, Ceiling that rose surprisingly high, smooth clean floors shining slightly under the light that snuck through from the half opened window at the side of the room. Leaving you stunned and wide eyed.
“Surprised?” Lesso drawled, the side of her lips curling up abit. “Looking at that expression of yours.. were you expecting cobwebs, perhaps even a few rats scuttling about?"
You nodded, turning back to look at Lesso. You weren’t sure if she was just pulling your legs, like who in the right mind would give up such a fine room entirely to a Year 1 who doesn’t belong Anywhere.
"Please. We may teach chaos, but we don’t live in filth. Proper villains needs to have Etiquette and Manners. That’s one of the utmost basics to being a villain."
You paused, imagining how the space will feel—not just how it will look. Inviting. Comfortable. Yours. But it all feels too good to be true..
"Thank you for letting me stay here... Though i dont think i deserve such hospitality." You said softly.
"Quit it."
"Quit what..?"
"Quit your having this attitude If you're going to talk to me. The most you could do is to try to keep this room clean. Helps us notice when you fall apart." Her tone is cold and firm, but you could feel her restrained fustration — As if she’s trying to pull you up out of your own shadow.
You could hear the raucous chatter and bickering outside, near the corridors that led to the grand hall. Mocking, Scheming and even screaming. I guess thats the school of Evil for you..
"They're quite a nuisance aren't they?.They never quite grasp the art of subtlety. I suppose I’ll have to remind them once class starts…"
"Am i also learning Curses?"
"It depends on what news Dovey would give me. First day or not, I expect to see you in the great hall during orientation. If you're waiting for kindness, try the other tower. Though i suppose you don't have a choice.." Her words Echoed, so did her heels as she strode away from your room, it was as if she's been busy ever since your arrival.
"Oh boy.. this is going to be a long day." You thought to yourself. From the corner of your eyes, you could see three girls scrambling stiffly just to greet the dean. One of them however, made eye contact with you. Which made her initiate An Action that was deemed as obnoxious — Rudely barging in, sprawling onto the bed that wasn't hers.
She was Curiously eyeing you like how a predator would stalks its prey.
"So. You're the Reader Lady Lesso has dragged in?"
"Excuse me? I don’t mean to be rude but just who are you..?" You Asked despite knowing damn well who she was.
"You’re excused. The name's hestor."
Her black hair fell in jagged strands, Showing off the tattoo slithering across her neck, framing a face carved with sharp angles and sharper scorn.
"Lady Lesso doesn’t bring just anyone here. If she saw something in you, it’s either brilliant… or dangerous. Maybe both."
"How did you know about me? Im pretty sure the deans wouldn't utter a single word about my arrival."
"Of course the deans won't. But we have eyes all around here in this school, word got out quick that there were sightseeing of a student who was walking alongside Professor Dovey And Lady Lesso." Barged in Anadil, stepping into the exchange uninvited.
"It was an Accident. I didn't actually intend on coming here to this school"
"But You don’t look like you came here by accident. You don’t seem like your evil neither do you pretend to be good. And that? That makes you brilliantly dangerous."
"So what is it, then? You want power? Revenge?" Asked Hestor.
"Going home Actually.."
"No way, After coming to one of the best school?! I mean, i can see that This place? It’ll try to eat you alive. Literally, in some wings. But you—" Dot spoke sporadically, before you cut her off softly.
"I don't really belong anywhere. I know, Im kind of Grey."
"Well you sure are a interesting one. Watch your back. Not everyone here finds grey interesting. Some just want to paint you white… or bleed you black."
"Oh and You'll have to meet Lady Lesso, During Orientation at the great hall Newbie. Don’t worry though, Hestor will guide you so that you wont get lost here"
Said Dot, Gently Nudging Hestor who rolled her eyes. It was clear that she wasn't willing to escort or guide you at all, if it weren't for the fact that it was the Dean's Orders.
“Lady Lesso says I have to babysit you tomorrow morning. Orientation or whatever. So don’t be late.”
Despite the fact that her voice had a trace of irritation. There was something else that crossed her face—a spark of satisfaction she quickly buried under her usual scowl. Being chosen meant something to her, especially when its by the Dean of the school for evil.
“I’ll be by the gargoyle gate at dawn. If you’re not there, I’m leaving without you. And trust me, you don’t want to find your own way around this place.”
With a curt nod toward the Reader, she turned and walked towards the door. Leaving the conversation to an end. Dot offering an awkward wave, her fingers still sticky from the caramel she’d been eating.
“You’ll be fine,” she said with a half-grin. With Anadil lingering a moment longer, giving the Reader a slow, knowing smile, “Sleep well,” she said, her voice cool and amused. “Tomorrow’s... a lot.”
And just like that, The three girls drifted out of the room together, their mismatched footsteps echoing down the corridor — Leaving you to wonder and anticipate on what’s to come forth tomorrow morning.
.~.
Night slipped away without ceremony. One moment, the world was draped in shadows and soft moonlight; the next, the morning sunlight grazed the side of your skin. It was almost bringing the same sense of deja vu when you first stepped into this place. The shift came almost unnoticed, as though time had exhaled quietly.
Now, you could only hear footsteps echoing roughly through the halls of the school..
"How do you know where to go and what to do? The School is so big and-"
"You’ll figure it out fast. There’s no map. No rules. You survive, or you don’t. And if you trip on the stairs? They bite." Hestor Spoke briskly, cutting you off. Not wasting a single minute for you to catch up.
"Just exactly, How do you know so much?.."
"You Sure ask alot of questions, Newbie. But I do respect survival. So here’s your first lesson. Learn to Keep up." She told You Cold and Blunt.
Just as you reached the great hall, It was packed with the duality of Evil and Good. It buzzed with the energy that would clash between one another — The contrast between the colour palette of each sides is almost impeccably obvious. You could see the iconic school logo from afar imprinted on the Teal drapes that drawled down all the way to the floor.
On the Good side, Evergirls glided gracefully, dresses that are in soft pastel colours, Hair gleaming like spun gold or polished chestnut. All neatly tucked and combed to an exceptional standard — It's as if they were trying to show off how much time they've took to maintain their hair routines.
The Nevers however, They were all gathered at the side of the hall like stormclouds, all sharp edges and darker shades. Nevergirls in jagged skirts and high boots whispered curses or insults, eyes glittering with malice or mischief. Neverboys lounged and sneered loudly on purpose at the brightness across the divide, Booing whilst pointing at the other side with distain.
The invisible line between Good and Evil held, but only just—tension shimmering.
Without Warning, Conversations were cut brief, laughter was muffled. Then—almost in unison—the students around you scattered to their seats, the shuffle of limbs oddly synchronized, as if choreographed by an unseen hand. Both the good and evil went to their respective Benches that separated between each other, leaving you the only one standing in the middle.
"Grace and Beauty First?" Asked Dovey,
"Oh if you insist, Clarissa."
"So Glad you Agree!" Dovey replied before stepping front to the centre of the Great Hall
"Shit. Maybe i should find a seat.." you thought to yourself, as you stood stiffly. Eyes darting across the hall in a frantic search for an empty seat whilst Feeling the weight of every gaze— it made you more self conscious than you already are. You were new, You were something else: unchosen, unknown, and untamed. You wanted to move but your feet said otherwise, staying planted not budging an inch. You weren’t ready to sit. You didn’t know where you belonged.
And neither did they.
Scanning row after row, Praying internally that you could quickly get out of this scenario.
Luckily as your eyes were frantically looking for a seat, it caught Lesso in the view. She was letting out a quiet, exasperated sigh— the kind that said she’d seen a thousand flustered first-years before you. Rolling her eyes to the side, Seemingly patient yet annoyed, not even giving you a glance.
But then, with a grace so fluid it might have been missed by anyone not watching closely— she shifted her cane. Making a small calculated gesture. A faint tap. A drag of polished silver against the stone floor. The tip angled deliberately, just enough to gesture to the open space beside her. She didn’t speak nor look at you, She didn’t have to.
The message was clear: Stand here, if you’ve any sense.
It was not an invitation. But instead, it was kindness disguised as a command— and the only one you were going to get.
You rushed forth from the area you were standing at and quickly positioned yourself near Lesso.
"Greetings Year ones, I am Professor Dovey the Dean of the School For Good" Said Dovey, Almost Nuturing — Warm and melodious.
In Unison, All the Evergirls that were gathers all giggled and cheered for their own.
"And I Am Lady Lesso The Dean of the School for Evil" Announced Lesso with theatrical flair and precision. Her undeniable presence filled the air as she let her title hang in the air for a moment.
Before followed by the Nevers all Hurling insults and taunting faces at the evers that were across them.
The both of them were Magnificent, Intimidating. Afterall they were the Deans who lead students to create their own fairy-tale, to pave their own story. Not just any stories, The famously well known ones..
And well You were just standing there, Beside the two figures, Awkwardly..
"What an opportunity to joke that im one of the deans as well, now that im literally standing beside them." Your Intrusive thoughts Barged in, filling your mind with all sorts of nonsense you'd pull during this scenario. It was quite hilarious thinking about it, The look you'd get on the students face if they actually believe your lies, Or the amount of chaos you'd riled up right on the first day of school orientation.
"Is there a Dean for the School For Grey as well?" You blurted out whatever was on you're mind barely above a whisper, just enough for Lady Lesso and a few others nearby to hear you.
The few students who were nearby snickered, after having caught small remark you made. Their laughs were almost poorly contained.
Lady Lesso however, doesn’t seem to budge at all. Her eyes rise, narrowing in and glancing at you with surgical precision. Surprisingly it wasn't anger you sensed… It felt like it was something more Analytical. Intrigued.
"Amusing, isn’t it? How quickly the untested find humor in centuries of consequence." Spoke Lesso.
Hearing what Lesso had said, The students who were once snickering had all gone quiet. It was as if their tongues had been dragged over by a blade.
You don't know what came over you, but you instinctively felt the need to reply back. "Well, Consequences doesn’t come when you're Grey."
She then stares at you for a long moment… then exhales a quiet, humorless laugh. "Careful, dear. Being Grey in this school is almost like welding a double edged dagger.." Lesso Said with a slight smirk.
There’s a flicker of interest in her eyes — not approval, but a spark of potential.
Before, A sharp crack slices through the murmurs as Dovey taps her staff against the floor, making the room falling silent for Orientation to begin.
"As per Tradition, the winning school from last year. Us again! Imagine that."
"Hmm, Imagine." Lesso rolled her eyes.
"Will Grace us All with their chivalrous Talents!"
"Ah.. right. Princes.." You Mumbled, squinting your eyes as you could see the slightest shining ray of light that bounces from their silvery brimmed edge of the swords to your eyes.
"Gentleman!" Dovey Calls out, Her voice brimming with Pride and Authority.
At once, the grand doors swung open. In perfect formation, The Everboys stride in tall, backs straight, smiles carefully practiced, their uniforms straightened and polished. Proud like they were ready to stun everyone with their Grand opening display. They Marched in the position of two separate straight lines Facing each other off as they took their swords out,Showing off and flaunting their choreographed sword fights.
Their precise and careful meticulous swordsmanship made all the Evergirls started squealing in , Fangirling and Obsessing over their desired prince they wanted to go out with.
"Aren't they Wonderful?" Asked Dovey, as She turned to face Lesso. Fully grinning in Excitement as she clapped her hands together — Both a way to show her support and enthusiasm. But Lesso on the other hand was sighing, pinching the bridge of their temples.
The final clang of their swords rung through the hall, as they eached positioned themselves in their final pose. Breathless, but smiling effortlessly. As if on Cue, they spun around in unison before pulling out roses from their belts, Each of them tossing them into the arcs towards the Evergirls. Which drew out gasps and loud giggles, as each of them catching the rose like it was something uniquely to them.
While the Evergirls swooned, and the Princes Basking in Post performance glory. Your eyes were scanning the ground, looking at all the missed flowers that were scattered across the floor.
"Right. Roses, charmed I'm sure.. But i didn't get one." You said softly and with the pretense of nonchalance, began scooping up the roses nearby that has been forgotten tucking, them swiftly into your cloak —some slightly trampled, some still perfectly pristine.
Lesso's eyes flicked to where you were at while still having that calmly composed demeanor. However her lips twitched slightly, Almost close to a smirk. While Dovey who was beside her was pressing her lips together, hands gracefully positioned near her mouth to hide her amusement.
“Do we stop them?”
Lesso’s mouth curved faintly.
“Not Yet, I want to see just what this Grey one would bring to the school without us interfering..."
Lawrd I procrastinated so much, But I thought it would be a good or at least interesting idea to include a Morally Grey MC in a world that’s defined by good and evil.

Pairings: Student Reader X Leonora Lesso X Clarissa Dovey [Platonic, Can be Parental Dovesso]
Warning: Slightly swearing, Falling from heights
Summary: You were in the midst of rewatching a movie you've been wanting to watch for awhile, until something mysterious happened. Opening your eyes to Find yourself in the movie.
⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆✴︎˚。⋆⋆
The Soft glow from your IPad flickered in the dim room, casting a calm light against you. Nuzzling against your pillow against your chest with a comfortable blanket tucked above you, you placed a bowl of half-finished snacks to the side. It was one of those quiet nights — Warm and simple, just a time to escape the cold reality by rewatching the movie that you’ve been waiting ages to watch..
Without hesitation you wasted no time to hit the play button. The movie was just as nostalgic as the first time you’ve watched it, familiar faces of Sophie and Agatha was on the screen as they started off their adventure in Gavaldon. The warmth and comfort of the atmosphere embraced you as you felt yourself slowly nodding off, mixed with the soft rustle of your blankets.
Growing drowsier and drowsier..
The enchanted voices of Sophie and Agatha echoed in your mind as the world you were watching through your screen began to blur, becoming more like a dream than the movie you were watching. You barely noticed how the room around you started to soften and fade, as the edges of your vision growing darker and darker. Leaving all that you could hear were the muffled dialogues, the moment you decided to lean your head against the warm pillow.
Your eyelids fluttered shut.
Only that Something felt… off. You were somehow lying on damp grass, a strange chill tickling the tip of your skin making you stir slightly in your sleep.
Annoyed and persistent, you tossed and turned to the other side not wanting to wake from your slumber just yet. Still obliviously unaware of the situation that you have caught yourself in…
The abrupt sound of wind—sharp and cold—pulled you from the edges of sleep. It was like being dragged from the quiet warmth of a blanket into the chill of a strange, open space. "Ugh-" You grunted, Shooting up from the patch of grass out of irritation, you opened your mouth. And the exact moment curses were about to come out from your mouth. Your eyes had only registered that this was no longer your room, The world around you was... unfamiliar, dark, and, for a moment, a little too real. Frustration was quickly filled with a mixed of confusion with terror.
“What the fuck..” you muttered under your breath. As this was definitely not how you wanted to wake up,
Taking in the unfamiliar view of your surroundings..
Trees were Rooted Firm and tall, Stems curled up in twisted forms covered in thick moss, and the ground beneath you was uneven, soft with grass on top of soil. You heard the distant howl of wind, but there was no sound of cars, no city hum…
Wait a minute.. This sight, why was it so oddly familiar?
It feels as if you’ve just seen it before..
“The School for Good and Evil...? It can’t be.”
Except this wasn’t a film anymore. This was the real thing.
A rush of panic swept over you. What was going on? How had you gotten here? Was this even real? Scrambling immediately out of panic as you could feel your senses tingling with the unmistakable pulse of magic.
“I was watching this movie literally just a while ago!- What the actual fuck?”
You took a few steps, brushing your hands against the trees nearby to do a reality check, to see if everything around you wasn’t an illusion.
Everything felt real, From the rough sensation and dented patterns of the tree to that same chill the wind produced the moment you opened your eyes. As you continued to make sense of your thoughts. A faint red hue began to engulf the clouds, spreading it slowly as the sky begun to take in the different shades of red — ominous, mysterious, And full of Magic — feeling the weight of the air as if something was swiveling around you.
Almost out of instinct you turned around, only to see a clouded misty entity with glowing red eyes staring directly at you. Catching eye contact with it, A gasp caught in your throat.
"No.. no.. NO!-" You prayed as you try to run from the source, knowing it was most likely A Stymph. You didn’t even have enough time to run — Taking only a few steps before feeling massive talons lodged onto your shoulders.
"SHIT IM NOT-"
Without even letting you finish your sentence, it immediately Suspended you into the air the very moment it decided to fly off into the horizons. Letting out a raw and unfiltered scream, you felt yourself accended high into the air as the path away from Gavaldon seemed to disappear bellow you. Wind was brushing past your face, hearing the loud thumping of your heart — feeling the surge of heat rushing through your veins, from head to toe. Was it out of Terror? Or was it out of anticipation?..
Could it be both?..
Fuck it, you couldn’t care less about it currently. Your thoughts are purely on treating what you remember from the movie as a survival guide, knowing where your heading next is the enchanted school.
The creature’s body glided through clouds , parting them as if they were cotton candy. The soft mist swirled and shifted all around you like blown dandelions dancing in air. With every beat of its wings, you could feel yourself approaching an adventure.. Each passing moment, the school drew nearer making your eyes immediately drawn to the silhouette of both the schools Its looming presence is almost impossible to ignore.
“Ok.. If I Land in the School for Good, Don’t hit the Fairies.. and if I land in the school for evil, Hold my breath…” you recited. In the midst of being carried through the air, your mind profusely browsed through your memories— reassuring yourself that you’ve watched the movie before, hoping to give yourself some confidence in surviving this whole ordeal.
The School for good first came into view, Basked in warm sunlight glistening off the tips of its majestic towers and fine structures. It’s was an exact replica of what you’d expect in Disney fairytale movies..
You sighed and closed your eyes.
“Just in case” you muttered while Bracing yourself, knowing that there might be a chance the stymph would release you into the pits of flowers and roses. Seconds felt like minutes, as you waited. But it definitely doesn’t seem like you belong in good…
The School of evil loomed just right ahead, as you thought this just might be the destination you’ll end up in. Just like you thought, being flown nearer and nearer, you held your breath — Knowing that you’d be dropped into the pits of the muddy water below.
To your surprise, Destiny has other plans..
It doesn’t seem like you belong in evil either. Since the stymph flew past the school for evil, infact it’s heading back towards the school for good only for it to stop in the middle. Looking bellow you was a small narrow concrete pathway, and anything over the pathway was a pit of deep ocean.
“THE BRIDGE?!-“ you screamed, watching the stymph Hovered along with your body, circling the area that connected both schools.
From afar and high, you squinted your eyes as you saw two familiar figures that seem to be chatting with each other on the bridge. One of them had messy wavy hair, Rigid and composed, wearing a black suit while she held a cane. The other had a much more gentle demeanor, adorned with a warm yellow gown.
“Lady Lesso and Professor Dovey..?” You thought to yourself, hovering in the air. You recognized the two anywhere.
Before A rush of wind followed by a piercing scream was heard, the stymph decided to let go of your shoulders making you fall like a comet from the sky. However luck was cruelly kind — your hand barely grazed the edge of the bridge as you held onto your dear life.
"OH MY GOD, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!- YOU COULD HAVE DROPPED ME ANYWHERE ELSE BUT BY THE BRIDGE?” You yelled out in frustration, cursing the stymph for putting you in such predicament. Your hands grazing and trembling holding onto the hard pavement of the bridge as veins stood up out of exhaustion, pulsing onto the effort on holding on — it felt like an eternity.
“Please, someone. Anyone.. I can’t hold much longer” you prayed.
As if almost on cue you heard a voice.
“Ah, another scream. How delightful, And Terribly Inconvenient.” Lady Lesso murmured, as though disrupted by [Y/N]’s predicament, walking over and glancing down at the teenager who’s desperately clutching to the edge of the bridge.
“But however…” She continued. “I’ve never seen Any Readers ever get dropped off in the middle of the bridge before…”
“Isn’t that Interesting.”
Her sharp gaze was piercing through you, a cruel smirk curling on her lips before she deliberately tapped her cane gently against your fingers, putting on some weight onto your shaking hands.
“I wonder.. just how long your little fingers can endure before they finally give out?”
With each gentle nudge, she was testing your willpower and your willingness to persevere. Almost like a twisted game of endurance, where danger felt real. But never letting one of her readers fall — Only teasing.
“If you can’t hold on, then perhaps you were never meant to be here..” She said in a smooth voice, laced a hinge of cruel undertone.
Dovey who was distracted, admiring the beauty of scenery wasn’t aware why Lesso had walked front before her. Right until she laid eyes on what was happening further of her, Her Source of morning Calmness now seemed distant. Filled with panic and frustration she yelled out,
“WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING LESSO?!”
Clutching the gown’s delicate lace of silk in her hands. Lifting it high enough for her to take swift and large strides towards Lesso.
“Just doing what the dean of evil would do..” Lesso replied nonchalantly.
Dovey’s expression immediately softened into one of gentle disapproval, her brow furrowed as she glared at Lesso. “Lesso, You know that this not a game! Someone’s life is at stake, You don’t get to treat their suffering as entertainment!” Her voice laced in frustration, as she quickly shoved Lesso’s cane away from pressing against your hands.
“How dull.. Right, I suppose you were never the type to have a little fun. Very well then, since the Dean of good says so..”
Just as your weary hands slipped off the edge of the bridge, you felt yourself being pulled by gravity into the abyss bellow. Time seemed to slow down as you prepared for the heavy impact whilst feeling the wave of fear morphing all over you.
But before the void could claim you, A soft, glowing light flickered at the edge of your vision — It was Lesso’s fingertip Glowing, as she flicked her hands casting a warm coat of magic that enveloped you. Lifting you back toward the safety of the bridge.
Though Lesso’s face remained composed, there was still that undeniable tension in her eyes. You remembered in that split second, when you plummeted, your eyes caught Lesso's reaction but only for a brief moment.
the subtle flicker of panic in her eyes. Her pupil contracting to a small, tight dot. In that fleeting moment, her usual demeanour cracked. If you would've blinked in that moment you wouldn't have noticed.
With one final flick of her finger, the magic solidified, bringing you back to solid ground as if nothing had happened.
"Are you OK?! Are you hurt?, Do you need to sit down?" Dovey’s asked frantically, Her voice cracked with concern. Her words tumbling over each other in a rush, as if she couldn’t ask fast enough. Before scanning you from head to toe, her gaze searching for any sign of injury, of something wrong.
"Really, Dovey?" Lesso’s voice cut through the air, smooth but laced with annoyance. "The reader's fine. You can stop acting like they're about to drop dead any second."
Despite saying that, there was a faint worry buried just beneath the surface that She would never admit.
As they were bickering in the background, You realised that you're still pretty distraught from that, infact your hands were still shaking quite abit from the traumatic experience. And legs that was still trembling from the aftershock.
The moment your legs gave out on you, it caught both the Deans attention. Dovey first rushing over to you, swiftly kneeling down so that you wouldn’t hurt yourself. While Lesso reached out to catch you before you hit the ground, pulling you into her arms to prevent you from falling further. Hoping that you’d regain your strength.
Her grip firm and reassuring, though she was unsure of what to do next. Unlike Dovey who has already had their arms opened offering a comforting hug, she took over Lesso as her soft fingers brushing against your back as she whispered comforting affirmations to ground you. Her gentle touch was like an anchor to calm you down.
Lesso who was watching from the sidelines seemed cold towards the situation, her gaze focused and calculating. But there's a noticeable undercurrent of worry in her eyes that she’d quickly mask — you can even say there was a slight feeling of guilt and Envy.
"Pretty impressive for a first year.. I never thought you'd held on this long." Lesso said, Although you could tell she was trying to brush the slight guilt she was feeling.
“Thank you, uh my name is-" Before you get to say your name, Lesso shushed you. And with a smirk on her face, she answered as if having to have done this same act every year.
“Hmm [Y/N].. Did I guessed it correctly? I always do”
"How do you.."
"I recognise a Never when I see one.." Lesso replied,
"Wait. A Never? Are you sure it's one of your students Lesso..? I'm pretty sure you've made a mistake"
"Don't Be ridiculous Dovey, i am never mistaken. [Y/N] is in my list of arrivals." Lesso spoke confidently.
"Strange.. [Y/N] Is also in my list of arrivals as well.. Infact, Isn't that a little weird given the peculiar circumstances? A student who isnt a Never or an Ever."
"Right.. And this little one does seem to be different, the stymph dropping them off in the middle of both schools is solid proof." Lesso added before tapping the tip of her cane to where you landed.
Just At this very moment, Both the Deans were equally lost in their thoughts. Uncertain on how to proceed in a scenario that didn't really fit into the categories of good nor evil. It was something new they've never seen within years of teaching.
Most of the students who were sent to the school would be categorised into Good Or Evil.
This took me awhile, And rather Late for a Christmas post. But I got "The villain giving presents in secret" type of idea in my mind and decided to put it to good use

Pairings: Student Reader X Leonora Lesso X Clarissa Dovey [Platonic, Can be Parental Dovesso]
Warning: NIL
Summary: It was Christmas night, students were all sleeping. The Two Dean's decided to be the schools Secret Santas and both caught each other in the midst of their plans.
It was a chilly winter night at the School for Good and Evil, where the sound of distant winds howling through the trees had settled into an eerie calm. The snow outside lay thick upon the ground, and the moonlight glimmered against the frozen landscape like a thousand tiny diamonds.
Inside, the school was quiet—eerily quiet for a place that usually thrummed with life and magic. Students, both Good and Evil, were tucked safely in their dorms, fast asleep, blissfully unaware of the two figures moving through the halls in secret..
Lady Leonora Lesso, the strict and imposing Dean of Evil, had always carried an air of severity, yet there was something softer in her step tonight. Moving through the night with a quiet grace. Her dark, flowing robes swished as she walked, her boots making soft tapping sounds on the stone floors.
In her arms, she cradled a pile of carefully wrapped gifts. She would be using her magic if it weren’t for the fact that she wasn’t willing to wake up the students who were light sleepers, knowing the glow from her fingertips would only be attracting attention.
With a sigh she moved down the hallway, internally muttering about how inconvenient and embarrassing it is for someone like her to be doing such things.
Thinking that She was the first to arrive, as always, there was the grand Christmas tree that stood proudly in the center of the room. The tree was adorned with twinkling lights, glittering ornaments, and strands of gold tinsel—everything a student could imagine for the holidays…
As she neared the grand hall, Lesso’s heart skipped a beat. There, just ahead of her, was a familiar figure— Dovey the Dean of the School for Good.
“Shit.” She muttered as She tries to hide herself behind the pile of presents she was carrying, moving slowly away from the area that Dovey was at.
Dovey was placing down a Large box with a tag that simply read: To the students of good. Just Right before she turned and caught Lesso in the act.
“Lesso..?” Dovey thought to herself as she could not believe her own eyes, the thought of Lesso who’s always feared by everyone is giving out gifts in the middle of the night seemed almost amusing and hilarious to her.
Her blonde hair falling in loose waves around her shoulders, as her eyes lit up with mischief in her mind the moment Lesso made Eye contact with her.
"Well, well," Dovey said, her voice a soft tease, "looks like I’m not the only one with a secret." She said as she walks towards her.
"Dovey," she said, her voice was stiff as she tries to hide her true emotions.
“I wasn’t aware we have another Secret Santa in this school..”
“And No one needs to know.” Lesso said almost immediately, cutting her off out of embarrassment.
“And here I thought you didn't believe in Christmas."
"I do not," Lesso replied curtly, "But I do believe in duty. And this," she gestured to the pile of gifts in her hands, "is my duty tonight. The students of Evil must have something to wake up to in the morning."
“Uh huh.. Definitely something that the Dean for the school of evil do..”
Lesso glared at her, but there was no real heat behind it. "You will not speak of this to anyone," she said firmly. "This is a secret between the two of us. No one must know."
Dovey’s laughter rang softly through the hall. “Let’s keep it that way, shall we? As much as I would love to be telling everyone about how the great evil dean is actually Santa Claus in disguise.. it would ruin the magic wouldn’t it?”
“Of course.. we wouldn’t want to ruin that silly little make believe that the students still believe in.” Lesso scowled.
“And I didn’t expect you to be so sentimental. You’ve certainly got a soft spot for the little ones, don’t you?”
“I am not some sentimental fool,” Lesso said, though the slightest hint of affection could be heard in her voice. “I simply understand the importance of ensuring the students are inspired and motivated… even if they don’t realize it.”
“Ah, of course," Dovey replied, her eyes glinting with playful curiosity. "Because the students of the School for Evil have been so good this year, haven't they?" She exaggerated the word good, letting the playful jab hang in the air.
“You’re insufferable.” Lesso scoffed before she adjusted her long dark cloak and crouched beside the tree, placing small packages under the boughs with painstaking precision. Despite her stern exterior and reputation as one of the most formidable figures in the school, tonight she was an entirely different person.
There were many presents she carried, every present has its own unique charm to it. As if it was wrapped carefully to the students likings and personalities.
Some of which had ribbons in dark, Gothic hues. While some, had cute intricate designs of snowflakes tied with golden ribbons. She knew the nuances of each one's personality, their desires, their little quirks — Observed through conducting classes and teaching them for quite some time.
After placing all of the individual gifts under the tree, She carefully placed the last gift. A beautifully wrapped box with a tag that simply read: To the students of Evil.
Dovey bent down, picking up a gift from the floor and eyeing it with a playful grin. "I have to admit, Leonora, I didn’t expect to catch you in the act. I thought for sure you’d be asleep by now, plotting how to ruin everyone's holiday spirit."
Lesso sighed, as if to imply that she was forced to participate in these small acts of kindness against her will. But her eyes were betraying her hidden emotions. “I’d better been well off as the Grinch then.” She joked.
“The grinch who stole Christmas?” Dovey lets out a stifled laughter, as she walked towards Lesso.
“But even at the end of the story, he still cares.. No matter how evil he tries to be”
Boop!-
Dovey tapped her finger lightly on Lesso’s nose, before giving her a playful grin.
“You know.. It’s actually nice to see a different side of you, Leonora. You don’t let anyone see it, but I know you care about them..”
What Dovey said seems to strike a chord in her, as her gaze subtly shifted to the students' sleeping quarters. Each one of them sleeping peacefully, tugged in their beds.. Some slept in a disheveled posture which seem to almost bring out a slight tug on the side of her lips
"You’re allowed to enjoy this, too. It’s Christmas, after all."
“I suppose you’re right. It’s easy to forget, sometimes in all this…
— She replied while weaving one of her hands, gesturing to the bright lights and Christmas decorations around her. Though she couldn’t help but glance over at Dovey with a slight barely visible smirk.
“But don’t think this means I’ll start celebrating every holiday with you, Dovey. I have my pride.”
“Oh, don’t worry.” Dovey laughed lightly, her voice full of warmth. “I wouldn’t dream of forcing that on you. Though, my door is always open.” She said with a grin on her face.
The room fell quiet, a comfortable ambience. As if everything fell perfectly in place.
“Merry Christmas, Lesso..”
Lesso’s eyes softened, there was a brief silence before followed by a reply that is soft but audible to the person standing beside her.
“Merry Christmas, Dovey.”
Was that a small smile, From the imposing Dean?.. Well, We would never know. All that we know is that the two of them shared the same goals, bathing in the fuzzy feeling of bringing a bit of joy to the students. They stood for a moment, looking down at the tree with its growing pile of gifts, and for the first time in a long time, both felt a little lighter..
"Ready to go, Santa?" Dovey asked with a teasing grin, nudging Lesso playfully as they both stood back to admire their work.
Lesso rolled her eyes feigning annoyance, before chuckling softly "After you, Dovey."
And with that, Both headmistresses slipped away into the shadows. Disappearing into the quiet halls of the School for Good and Evil, Knowing that the students would wake up the next morning to find their Christmas gifts under the Glowing tree..
.~.
It was now Christmas morning, and for the first time in a long time, there was a sense of peace in the air. The students had been awake for only a few minutes, stirring from their slumber in their cozy dormitories. As they began to trickle into the Great Hall for their early breakfast, a curious sight greeted them.
Under the enormous Christmas tree, surrounded by glimmering decorations and flickering candles, were dozens of neatly wrapped presents—each one labeled with the student’s name. The silver and black ribbons, the sparkles of glitter, the way the gifts seemed to glow with a secret magic… it was as if the very essence of Christmas had been carefully arranged for them.
“OH MY GOD! GUYS! YOU’VE GOT TO SEE THIS!” one of the students called out from the Great Hall, which caused a ripple of students rushing through the hallway wanting to get a good look of the commotion.
You followed along blindly, only curious to want to know what was happening. Until you reached the Great Hall..
“Presents?! We get presents!!?” One of your friends was in shock, similar to all the other students who had just entered the hall. The students' chatter filled the room, but none of them had yet questioned who could possibly have placed the presents there. They all just assumed it was a Christmas miracle, as many children do when magic is at play. None of them knew the true masterminds behind this holiday surprise.
“This one is yours” one of the student held out the two nicely wrapped presents and placed them on the floor near to you before they continued to rummage through the crowd full of students who were either squatting on the floor or bent downwards trying to find their own gifts.
You bent down to grab the two small package with your name written in elegant, curvy script.
Meanwhile. In the back of the hall, near the large stone fireplace, two figures stood with quiet smiles—Lady Leonora Lesso and Lady Dovey. Both of them were watching the scene unfold, content and almost sentimental.
Lesso let out a small, amused breath as the students began to crowd around the tree, unwrapping gifts with joy. “How Noisy.. I’m starting to regret my decisions on giving them presents now.”
Dovey lets out a soft laugh, “I know you don’t mean it Leonora, admit that you enjoy seeing them happy. Besides, they are just eager to know who mysteriously gave them presents.”
For a moment, your gaze met Dovey's. She smiled at you softly, her gaze flicking towards the gifts that you were holding on your hands. As if she was anticipating you to open it.
You looked away quickly, unsure if you’d imagined it, but the feeling remained— a quiet assumption thinking that they were the ones who had placed the presents there. But you had no evidence nor proof that it was them.
Lesso's lips curled into a slight smile, looking at your expression that was filled with unspoken assumptions. “Let them wonder, The mystery is half the fun after all...”
“What’s wrong? Were you not expecting Santa to give you a present?” Dovey’s voice reached you from the doorway, teasing you slightly at your expression. “We’ll be here if you need us.”Her tone was soft, and gentle.
Though Lesso did not say a single word, she placed a finger to her lips. A soft and unspoken gesture that speaks volumes.
Noticing the subtle indirect hint of that action, you felt a faint, almost imperceptible tug in your chest.
The realization hits. The gifts were from the Deans…
"Do you think they know?" Dovey asked quietly, as she gazed to Lesso.
"I doubt it," Lesso replied playfully, her voice low but laced with an unreadable warmth.
"But I don’t think they need to."
Dovey’s smile widened. "Perhaps not."
As the students continued to unwrap their gifts with wonder, the two Deans exchanged a quiet glance, a silent understanding between them.
And for just a moment, as you stood there under the tree, surrounded by the quiet magic of the school, you understood. Sometimes, the most powerful gestures of all were the ones left unspoken..

Pairings: Professor Lupin X Student Reader [Platonic]
Summary: You, an apeshit student who's known to cause trouble in hogwarts, might have just started a firework mayhem in Lupin’s class when Umbridge came in to send someone to detention
[Characters included don't go by timeline]
The Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom was filled with the usual chatter of students walking in and preparing for their next lesson.
Your Professor, Remus Lupin, was sorting through some papers at his desk. Often casting occasional glances at the door, giving slight nods acknowledging the students who walked in, greeting him. Before his eyes were once drawn to a familiar face — the notorious and infamous troublemaker, whose name is often heard through the halls of Hogwarts.
Whispers From mouth to ear, words of your pranks got out quickly and people often talk about stunts that you used to pull.
As you sauntered in, you had a bouquet of what seemed like "harmless flowers". However, Lupin's keen eyes quickly noted the subtle signs of mischief. The flowers were, in fact, cleverly disguised firecrackers and fireworks purchased from Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes.
As you made your way to your seat, Lupin's mouth curled up into a smirk as he decided to taunt you abit, Attempting to see if he could make you spill the beans.
"Ah, [Y/N], welcome to class," Lupin said, his tone light and teasing. "I see you’ve come prepared with a lovely bouquet. Are you planning on decorating the classroom for the occasion? Interior Too boring for you I assume?"
"Well Infact Professor, the Interior of the class seems... A little dull. I thought that I'd do us a favour and try to lighten up the mood abit!" [Y/N] replied with a sly grin, balancing on the edge of their desk.
Some giggles and suppressed laughters could be heard around the class over your witty remark, knowing you most likely have something in plan.
“Just a friendly reminder,” Lupin said, catching [Y/N]’s eye, “we’re here to focus on learning defensive spells today.. I trust you’ll save your little floral arrangements for another time?"
“Of course, Professor,” [Y/N] said with an exaggerated bow. “I'll try my best to resist the urge to spice things up.”
.-.
As Lupin began the lesson, he guided the students through practical exercises and theoretical discussions. Despite his serious tone, his eyes occasionally darted towards [Y/N], who was playing their part well by pretending to pay attention but clearly scheming something.
The lesson continued, with students practicing defensive spells. The Sound of students muttering spells, and the flipping of pages filled the air that surrounded you. As you looked up catching the sight of Professor Lupin offering corrections and encouragement to students who needed it.
The air of normalcy was then abruptly broken when the door to the classroom came flying open, and Dolores Umbridge, one of the professors in hogwarts, strutted in.
“Professor Lupin,” she said in a disdainful tone, “I need to speak with one of your students. Is Emily here?”
As Umbridge eyes darted around the class before spotting Emily then approaching her
She grabbed onto Emily's Robes. "Your Coming With Me, Ms Emily." She said before further dragging her away. She was apparently called out to detention just because she was talking in umbridge classes earlier.
"PROFESSOR! PLEASE!-"
The whole class stared at the scene unveiling infront of them, Unable to intervene as most of them wouldn't want to know what happens Under Umbridge Wrath. Who knew what she would do if someone were to intervene.
But However, You didn't take the chance for someone to be simply dragged away to hell under such small circumstances. You appeared nonchalant, but your mind was already working on a plan.
Lupin’s gaze met [Y/N]’s, a hint of amusement in his eyes. As you dramatically threw a stack of textbooks onto the floor.
"Fuck this shit!" You exclaimed before you groaned loudly, catching Umbridge’s attention.
"Excuse me?" She slowly let's go of Emily's Robes, before she walked towards you.
“She's being unjustly accused! I demand a trial by wizard’s jury!”
You declared before pointing towards Umbridge with the Bouquet of flowers in your hands.
Umbridge, irritated but trying to maintain her composure, reached out towards You.
“I'll deal with Emily Later. You come with me, now.” she demanded before a flick of her wand, casting a spell to manoeuvre the bouquet of flowers from your hands to hers.
"And I'll Be taking these for myself" she said as she looked at the different coloured flowers with slight adoration.
In a swift move, You used your wand to set off a spell that ignited the hidden fireworks.
"Incendio!"
The "harmless bouquet of flowers" exploded into a dazzling array of lights, filling the room with an eruption of sparks and colors. The classroom was instantly transformed into a scene of chaotic brilliance. Fireworks whizzed around, and sparkling lights dazzled and danced across the walls.
The crackling and popping sound of the fireworks shooting off in every direction sends the whole class bustling with different sounds of chatter that was filled with amazement and awe. Not only was the class filled with laughters and cheers, it was the deffinition of a perfect ambience.
Umbridge, caught off guard, looked around in disbelief as Lupin’s face broke into an incredulous grin. He was clearly enjoying the spectacle that you have just pulled, trying to hold back a chuckle.
“Honestly, [Y/N],” Lupin called out over the commotion, “I’m beginning to think you might be a more talented performer than a student.”
"Oh? What if I'm both?" You replied before you held out your wand casting a spell to close up all the classroom windows plunging the classroom into semi-darkness.
Amidst the chaos, Umbridge frantically tries to find her wand that she dropped after getting caught off guard by your little trick. The room, now illuminated by the remaining fireworks that was still lit up with the sparks glowing like it's a magical lightshow, it almost looked like a starlit wonderland. The effect was mesmerizing, even as Umbridge’s temper flared.
Lupin, enjoying the spectacle, moved among the students, ensuring everyone was safe and helping to contain the situation. He couldn’t suppress his chuckle anymore as he watched the fireworks slowly dim, leaving behind a soft, magical glow. After the last of the effects was gone, Lupin took out his wand. With a wave, all the windows were now reopened, filling the once dim classroom with light.
“Alright Class, Settle Down.” Lupin said, as the students all went back to their seats. Lupin turned his attention back onto restoring order. The classroom was slowly returning to its original state.
Both in an impressed and teasing tone, Lupin approached you. “I must say, your sense of timing is impeccable. If only I could reward you with extra credit for such creativity.."
You gave a cheeky grin, brushing the remnants of fireworks off your robes. “Well, if you’re offering, I might just show up to class on time next week.”
As Umbridge got a hold of her wand, her impeccable anger was clear that she wanted [Y/N] Gone. She was even more pissed at the fact that she had just been embarrassed infront of the entire class, adding onto how Lupin did not offer her any assistance when the mayhem started.
It was time that she used her own way of dealing you herself.
Before she even got the chance to grab you, with a final flourish, You leaped out of the high classroom window, deftly landing on Your broomstick that was cleverly hidden outside and bellow of the class window.
"Till Next Time Professor!" You yelled from outside the classroom windows. With a wink and a smile, [Y/N] disappeared gliding off on their broomstick leaving Lupin shaking his head in amusement.
The Students all leaped out of their seat, to run off to the edge of the windows, witnessing [Y/N] Fly off into the air as they let out a huge playful laughter punching the air in triumph and victory.
Lupin watched from afar as [Y/N] made their escape, a mixture of admiration in his eyes. Before he said softly

Pairings: Student Reader X Professor Lupin X Professor Snape [All Platonic]
Warning: Abit of Swearing And Chaos
Summary: Takes place when Umbridge was assigned as Headmistress of Hogwarts. And having enough of Umbridge’s rules, you decided to initiate what you had in mind, which led to a rebellion. [Characters don't go by timeline]
[Similar to the scene when the twins made a firework display, But i thought the scene from Matilda was a fun idea as well so I merged them together]
The Great Hall of Hogwarts used to be a place full of lively chatter, bustling with students' excitement and eccentric energy. But under the harsh reign of Dolores Umbridge, everything has started changing.
Slowly, the once lively hall filled with chatter was replaced with the sound of quills scribbling against the rough papers in notebooks, along with the grumbling of the students with their backs hunched forward. All they ever did these days was reading, straining to memorise the entire textbook like their life depended on it.
Umbridge herself, her pink cardigan always standing out, a smirk of cruel satisfaction distorting her features as she walked pass the Great Hall.
Students had been ordered to remain in the hall to study late into the night. Tables were laden with textbooks, and the air was oddly thick. The enchantments on the ceiling, usually a source of comfort, now seemed oppressive, reflecting the dim, dreary mood.
At the staff table, two professors were on duty today. Remus Lupin and Severus Snape.
Despite not being on good terms with each other, they both exchanged concerned glances as they looked across the Great Hall. Lupin's face was filled with sympathy for the students. Being the warm and caring professor that he is, he couldn't help but worry about the students who all looked so tired. Exhausted, to say the least.
Snape, on the other hand, radiated irritation, sometimes seen pinching the bridge of his nose. His lips were pressed into a tight line as he occasionally cast a dark glance towards the students who were seen fooling around instead of studying.
Meanwhile you, a notorious troublemaker at Hogwarts, was already concocting your plan. Known for your audacious stunts, you thrived on chaos, and tonight, you had a grand spectacle in mind.
.~.
As the clock struck eleven, you set your plan in action. You've been planning this for quite a while, ever since Umbridge set the rule of studying overtime after school.
"I'm so going to get into trouble for this.." you whispered to your friend who sat beside you in the hall.
"You're doing it?!- You're fucking crazy.. you know after this you're going to get into deep shit right?.." Your friend whispered back harshly.
"No shit, sherlock. If anyone's going to pull this, it's going to be me," you said.
Just as you were about to stand up, your friend grabbed your arm and tried to sat you back down. "I swear, don't you da-"
Too late.
You were already standing on the dining hall's tables.
You cleared your throat loudly, causing the uneasy buzz of voices in the hall to almost immediately fall silent. The tension was palpable, everyone's eyes could be seen glancing towards your direction. With a dramatic flourish, you Announced,
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Professors and Elves~"
"And just what are you doing? [Y/N]..?" Snape Shot up from his seat, Irritatedly.
"Don't you think it's Abit Unfair..? You know the whole gist with the studying? Don't you guys feel like you're under oppression?" You Asked as you continued walking down the Dining Table , Almost like you're opening up a student forum for them to express their thoughts.
"[Y/N]-" As Snape was about to apprehend what you were about to do, he was arruptly stopped by Lupin. In fact, Lupin almost looked a bit eager to see what you were about to pull.
“Get out of the way, Lupin. I intend to apprehend that student before they cause any more trouble.” Snape snapped at Lupin.
“Come on, Severus. Where’s the harm in letting them show their hand? It might be quite entertaining.." Lupin said with a slight grin on his face.
"Entertaining?!.. You Find This Entertaining?.." Snape retorted back, clearly annoyed at Lupin's Nonchalant Attitude.
"Just a bit, Besides a student with such... creativity. I’m curious to see what they’ll do next.” Lupin replied.
As you walked down the Dining Table, you gestured for students to voice out their own opinions that would soon come shedding into light.
"Anyone? Come On Don't be Shy. I'll start first. I dislike the fact that Umbridge makes us study over time " you announced loudly, tone filled with defiance.
"I dislike the fact that I would have to worry about Umbridge wrath after knowing what my friend just pulled." Your friend Chimed in playfully, Winking at you. Clearly, your friend was a do or die person, The moment they knew they couldn't stop you, they'd mind as well Join in.
After hearing your friend's comment about Umbridge, you heard another Remark across the hall.
"Oh I dislike Her disgusting pink outfit" A well known Troublemaker from gryfindor yelled. Causing a Ripple of laughter to be heard amongst the Hall.
The Troublemaker's friend group then each came backing up their friend eagerly joining the thought of causing mischief.
"I dislike Her Torture Methods!"
"Oh don't forget Her "Hem Hem" "
"Awh Hell, Nah. I think her detentions are even worse"
"That's it That's it.. Keep Em Coming!" You encouraged, as slowly one by one the students in the hall yelled out what they find distasteful about Umbridge. Causing the start of a domino effect.
Lupin Slightly Amused at your Rebellious nature had a small smirk on his face. He was slightly feeling nostalgic, as it simply reminded him of the times he spent with the marauders.
In a flash, you pulled out your wand and casted a spell that began the start of your rebellion plan.
The Spell Hits random school supplies which turned them all into weapons of fun. Inkpots became fountains of colorful liquid, Before a wave of Bubbles was produced into the air.
Quills danced through the air writing cheeky messages on the walls, and books flapped around like birds.
The notes that were on the table were all sent flying into the air like confetti.
Creating what we would call the deffinition of Chaos. The hall, once a place of dreary study, was now a playground of magical pandemonium.
Cheers erupted from your fellow students as they joined in the rebellion, waving their wands and creating their own mini-disruptions. Each Yelling out their own protest, without the thoughts of consequences getting in their way.
As Umbridge was about to enter the Great Hall her eyes immediately shot up in anger.
"What is the meaning of this?!" she shrieked, her voice cutting through the chaos like a knife.
Lupin and Snape, who had been watching in dismay, were caught off guard by the sudden outburst. Lupin’s expression softened with a mixture of amusement and exasperation. He saw the potential for the students to vent their frustrations, though he worried about the consequences. Snape, meanwhile, looked like he was wrestling with a mix of irritation and grudging respect for your audacity.
The first student that Umbridge laid eyes was You. Afterall, who else would have started something like that..
As Umbridge advanced towards you, her wand drawn and was about to perform a spell on you.
"Uh oh. Up!" You said loudly as you held out one of your hands, Your broom flew through from where you last left it, into the corridors of hogwarts quickly and swiftly maneuvering from the chaos of the Great Hall and into your hands.
You rode the broom as it darted side to side dodging Umbridge’s spells, Almost like the broom had it's own conscience.
“You’re making quite a scene,” Lupin called out as he made his way through the chaos, his voice barely audible over the cacophony.
“Can’t resist a good show!”
you shouted back, ducking beneath a flying book and sending another spell into the air, causing it to explode in a burst of sparkling light.
"Don't encourage them. Lupin.." Snape said coldly, although he doesn't condone what you had just done. There was a hint of Admiration in his eyes, despite the fact that he was reluctant to show it.
" [Y/N], Get Back down here this instant!"
Umbridge yelled, her voice palpable in pure anger.
But whatever She said went in the ear, and out through the other..
Since you were already speeding towards the entrance. As you flew past the teachers, you gave them a cheeky salute. You could still hear the distant echoes of laughter and cheering, as you exited the Great Hall. Leaving the Two Professors And one Angry Headmistress to clean up the messy scene of an uproarious celebration.
Lupin, though clearly concerned, couldn’t help but chuckle softly. “Well, What a day ain't it?..” he said to Snape, his eyes twinkling with a trace of mischief.
Snape’s lip curled in a sardonic smile as he surveyed the mess. “Yes, and now we have a very real problem on our hands.. Still, I suppose some enjoyment was had.” He mumbled softly.
Lupin and Snape both turned their attention to the mess left behind. Lupin started helping to restore order, while Snape busied himself with spells to tidy up the floating debris.
Though Umbridge would undoubtedly be furious and the night’s antics would lead to repercussions, for just that moment, the students of Hogwarts had just experienced the taste of freedom....
