His head lifts from where it rests upon his folded arms, his form currently sprawled out beneath the make-up table of their waiting room. Lashes flutter, blinking away the sleep that clings to his eyes and clearing his vision of the sleepy blur as he gazes up at the young woman who has spoken. The other members are out chatting with fellow idols before recording, but he has chosen to sleep for just a bit longer.
âItâs better than nothing, though.â His syllables are surprisingly pronounced despite the slight slur of tiredness that clings to end of them, and his arms that were once being used as a pillow are now pushing him up, moving to come out from beneath the counter so he can properly greet the young woman. Thatâs what sheâs here for, right? To greet her seniors? He remembers that she is also the girl that had helped him find his cell phone before, something of which he greatly appreciates.
Once on his feet, fingers brushing away any dust that clings to his slacks, he manages a sheepish smile of sorts as he bows his head slightly in greeting, still somewhat half-asleep. She seems to have a habit of meeting him in unconventional circumstances. âEuijin-ssiâŚâ He recognizes her this time, and has even been paying attention to her groupâs performances during his time on standby. âAre your promotions going well?â
â {â } â Â Euijin was far used to chancing upon people in similar situations by then -- music shows were taxing as they required idols to show up in the break of dawn for pre-recordings, often enough. She, herself, was caught by the grasp of exhaustion, so instead of her usual laugh that would greet his more lax demeanor, she only mustered a small smile in return.
âThey are,â she started, though her sudden, faint frown didnât exactly correlate with her words, âbut...weâll be ending our promotions soon enough.â Hands at her back, she fiddled with the signed album in her hand: it was a small gift for him. The two have met briefly prior to his second round of promotions, and she never had the chance to hand him the hard work she and her group cultivated into one CD. âHere--! This is for you.â The second mini-album of SONAMOO was soon enough extended outwards towards him. On it were seven autographs and a small message from Euijin herself: Taemin-sunbaenim! We always get caught in up weird situations, no? This is a little sorry and thank you gift rolled into one. Please show me and my group a lot of support! SHINee-sunbaenim, fighting!
