Just went to text @laceylulu83 and saw this was the last pic I sent her. Got confused because it's a pic from weeks ago but when I left Amelia this AM she was wearing this outfit ☺️ Just landed in DC for the #accomplishmentcoaching Program weekend and my little girl is still in Florida with Dad and Granny for a wedding this weekend. I've cried twice already. Really looking forward to doing my favorite work in the world this weekend, training coaches and leaders. It definitely takes my mind off the separation anxiety. And you better believe I fucking love what I do to be leaving my amazing family for it!

I’ve been working as a Program Coach on the #accomplishmentcoaching training course this weekend which means 6am starts and late night finishes, helping our participants through transformation! Despite being pretty tired, it’s been a welcome distraction from the second anniversary of my mother’s death which was May 18, 2017! It’s funny how these things such as bereavement can creep up on you. My wife related to me the other day how much our lives could have been different if I’d done what made me happy rather than what was expected or wearing so many masks! I think she wanted to say how much happier it could have been but was being kind! So what changed? I changed, through being coached and undertaking the #accomplishmentcoaching training course and by extension my wife changed too! I became/am becoming (it’s a work in progress!) more vulnerable and authentic. We now talk, communicate, sometimes saying painful stuff about each other to each other but our lives are so much better for it! I love my wife even more each day!
