#accessibility problems

I even tried to delete My history on Google Chrome, but that didn't do anything at all. This issue is even happening on Microsoft Edge!I'm hoping to the Gods that I'm not going to have to switch Email providers again, having switched from GMail back to Outlook in 2024 after Google did away with the Basic HTML version of GMail. Changing everything will be an absolute nightmare, especially with My Bank. I'm not looking forward to that if this turns out to be the case.

@staff @changes I hate it when People fix or change things that aren't broke or don't need to be changed! Anyway, I want to add an aspect to the conversation about this terrible update that I haven't seen been mentioned yet. This new update that will change the notes on posts is going to make things far more inaccessible for Me. The notifications system on this site is one of the worst out there in My opinion, which is why I only keep the app on My phone. But I use the notes on My posts, as well as other People's posts to navigate and find responses. As far as I'm concerned, the comment system for posts is terrible, and I find conversing through Reblogs to be far more efficiant. Which is hilarious, as this system makes it far more confusing at times. But still, changing this is going to break accessibility for Me in a way that I'm not sure if I'll be able to tolerate or adapt with. I might have to finally stop using Tumblr, which to be honest, has been a fear of Mine over the past few years, with every update Tumblr forces on Us.

@staff I seriously want the old keyboard shortcut to quote text back because Your stupid Block for quoting text doesn't work! I've literally done everything I can think of to quote text with it, and while it says It's working as I'm creating My post, the moment I submit said post, there's no actual quotes around the damned text that I'm trying to actually quote! What the Hell is going on?

I hope We'll get those keyboard shortcuts back some day, though I won't be holding My breath at all. Or at the very least, I would appreciate a half ass explanation on why They are gone and why We'll never get Them back.

There's an event I want to attend early next year, so I reached out to the site of the group hosting said event, only to discover that Their website is completely inaccessible. Apparently the website was made years ago, and no one seems to have an idea to fix the issue. The staff member I talked with is going to try and put together a rough page full of all the information for Me, so I can find out what's going on, and how to sign up to attend when the time is right. I'm grateful for the help They are able to give Me, don't get Me wrong, I'm just tired. I'm also frustrated, but mostly I'm just tired. I mean, I expected at least some accessibility issues, but I was totally suprised by the fact that the entire website is completely inaccessible. I don't know what else to write about this.

Like at least put a button so I can open it. Please.
