Impermanence
Lately I’ve realised the impermanence of relationships, that people change and despite the sworn promises of eternity, everything is ridiculously temporary. Family is honestly the most constant aspect of life, the only human beings who will always include me in the equation, where I am never the lowest common denominator. People will make choices for themselves, by themselves and it’ll have nothing to do with you. Hell, why should it?
I guess you eventually learn that when you give yourself to relationships, not just in romance but also in friendship, one should always keep something to yourself. At the end of the day, you are the person who will have to take care of yourself because others will choose their happiness and forget how it may affect you. It’s all done in innocent ignorance, guess it’s human. Just have to learn and keep on learning.Take what you get and try to make the best of it. Not expecting people to care about you because, hell, why should they? But if they do, then bless them. Humble yourself. Have something of your own but never be selfish. Free yourself but do not seek freedom in isolation. Be there for people but most importantly, be there for yourself. Soz for draining it guys but needed to vent xx
