I’ve always adored it for the manner in which it describes love; that love is powerful enough to keep even the most volatile person grounded, that it is peaceful, a blissful stillness. I guess it’s saying when you’ve found love, you want time to move at the speed of trees, for it to stand still so that instead of having memories of love, you live it continually in the present. And I’m not speaking of just romantic love but rather love in any and every form.This is just my personal interpretation of the song, but do listen to the lyrics, they are out of this world.
