Hello! Just a little update to let you guys know we have finally finished going through all the applications and have chosen our Artists and Writers! It was incredibly difficult to narrow it down, everyone is so amazing! We really appreciate everyone who sent in an application and we really wish we could have chosen all of you! Unfortunately, we just don’t have that much space in the zine haha.

Acceptance emails will start going out tomorrow! For those of you who have chosen to be a pitch-hitter, we have your contact information saved in case anyone decides to drop out and will notify you if a position becomes available!

Reminder...3 Days Left!!!

Hi! This is just a reminder to everyone that applied for the zine, excluding the recent cover artist applications, should check their emails. The results have been sent, and there is only 3 days left to confirm your spot. Make sure you submit and do so soon. For anyone who has applied and not received an email, please contact me soon.

So far, there have been so many great artists and writers who have confirmed their spots. It is a great joy to be able to work with them. I hope I can work with some more great artists and writers as well.

The contributor reveal will be after the confirmation deadline of July 8, 2019. Thank you for being so patient. If you have any questions, feel free to ask or DM me.

All Emails Have Been Sent

At this time, all emails have been sent! We encourage everyone to check their emails and if you did not receive an email, please check your junk mailbox first. If you still haven’t received an email, please send us an Ask or an email at [email protected] with your username on the application and the email you submitted. We will confirm whether we received an application under that name and email, and if we did, what the verdict was on your application.

Keep an eye out for them - and remember to check your spam! 

We ask that all who receive acceptance emails reply with either confirmation or denial by January 14, or we will have to assume you have declined your position. 

Once we have all confirmations, we will be posting a list of all accepted participants!

Another quick reminder that we have sent out the link to Check-in #2 now! Please reply by 11:59 GMT-5 on January 15! As we stated in the emails containing the link to this check-in, if you ever miss a check-in, please send us an email or message as soon as possible. We have to assume all creators who do not reply to check-ins and give no notice afterward are no longer participating in the zine. The link to Check-in #2 is right here!

HELLO EVERYONE!

As of this moment, all acceptance emails - for Artists, Writers, and Mods - have been officially sent out!

I want to personally thank everyone who applied and for all of you who put time, energy, and interest into this project! Picking contributes was honestly VERY difficult for me since there was such an abundance of amazingly talented artists and writers that applied. I had to have both a professional artist and writer help me finalize my decision as well as a few other outside sources. 

As such, if you were not accepted, don’t fret. You were all so talented and I wish you all the best of luck in the creative world around you!

For those who were accepted, CONGRATULATIONS! I look forward to working with you all over the coming months. I am currently waiting on everyone to confirm their place as a contributor so I can fully finalize the list and get it posted. As soon as everyone is confirmed, I will create a Discord server for everyone to get acquainted with one another and the process can officially begin.

We’re ready to go with emails - the Contributors List has been finalized! Because we have a massive number of emails to send, all emails will be sent by the end of the day August 9th - tomorrow!

Everybody, please keep an eye on your email, and if you do not receive an email by noon August 10th MDT, please send us an email at [email protected] including your name and what you applied for as soon as possible!
