It was the first time I ever left the country. Seeing how amazing Paris was made me curious about all the other cool places I haven’t seen. I’ve been traveling ever since. 🥰 The funny thing is, I was so overwhelmed by the thought of that first trip because I saw myself as “just some girl from a small nobody town in Pennsylvania” and Paris seemed WAY beyond my reach. “Things are never quite as scary when you’ve got a best friend.” ~ Bill Watterson 👭 @dmazzrivera and I met on the school bus on the 1st day of 5th grade and we’ve been best friends ever since. I often joke that she’s my longest relationship, but it’s true. A childhood best friend knows you unlike anyone else, and if you have one then you’re truly blessed. ❤️ I’ve lived in Eastern Pennsylvania for pretty much my whole life, but recently I moved to Georgia. It might seem scary to move, all alone, 600+ miles from the only area you’ve ever lived… but things are never quite as scary when you’ve got a best friend. 👯‍♀️ No matter how many times she moved in the past 33 years, we have always kept in touch.
