First this happened. Nagas be showing up 10 minutes early on time to train. Get you somebody to train/ workout with to keep you motivated and accountable. You are an asset. If you cannot walk/run at least a mile to get to food/ safety or resources you are in fact a liability. Here are some basic things we do daily for a warm up before we actually train. These things can be done without a gym or any other tools at least 2-5x a week.
