I’m happy to tag anything you like! However, I ultimately get to choose how I tag it (as in what words I use). I’ll let you know so that you can blacklist that tag. Regardless, it will be tagged, and you will be able to avoid your chosen content accordingly.

What does “nonbinary” mean?

In short, “nonbinary” designates a person whose gender(s) or lack of gender is outside the binary categories of “woman” or “man” in some way.

A “nonbinary person” could lack a gender, have a gender that isn’t “woman” or “man,” have more than one gender (possibly including “woman”, “man”, both, or something else entirely), shift between genders, have a partial gender, etc. There is no limit.

If you are solely a woman or a man and nothing else, then you are “binary.” You can be trans or cis and be “binary.”

Are nonbinary people trans?

Yes and no. All nonbinary people can claim the trans label insofar as “trans” means a person who is not solely the gender they were given when they were born (as in calling a newborn a “girl” or a “boy,” and raising them as such).  

However, not all nonbinary people wish to claim that label (for many reasons), but they are still nonbinary. Nonbinary people who don’t wish to be called trans, then, are not trans.

So, some nonbinary people are trans and some are not, according to how they label themselves.

Regarding hate and blocking

I delete all hate mail unless I think it's funny.

If anyone sends me hate even once, they will be blocked from this blog. If anyone adds hate to my posts, they may be blocked. The only exception is if I just didn’t notice.

First things first: This blog is by no means meant to be serious, although it can get a little feelsy sometimes. It all depends on your questions!

In this AU, everyone survived the final fight and the entire Passione Squad has moved in together in a neat house on the suburbs of Naples. Bruno's accepted his role as the Squad Mom (tm) and everything was completely fine for a while, until things have started to become more hectic with each day. After all, it's not easy to be responsible for an entire household filled with teenage Stand users and gang members on top of that.

Finally, Bruno snapped. His kindness has found its limits. And this is the result.

Of course, you don't have to completely follow the AU and direct question to the "normal" Bruno as well, but keep in mind his answers will not be exactly in-character with what is presented in the manga.

I haven't had much interest in the current lesbian flag issue. However, because I make pride art here and the discussion has gotten somewhat heated lately, I feel that I should take a stance on it.

As of today, if this blog needs to use a lesbian flag, it will be the old labrys lesbian flag. Unless you make a request for a specific different lesbian flag, I will use the labrys flag.

Now, I know that many of you will have criticisms of my choice and the flag, so I will address the most common ones I've seen.

• "It's a t3rf flag." - No, it's not. It's been the lesbian flag for about 20 years. T3rfs will try to steal anything to seem legitimate, but that does not mean we should let them do it. Transphobes and transmisogynists don't deserve a flag. Besides, there are a number of trans lesbians who are actively (and rightfully) using it as the lesbian flag it always was.

• "The labrys is a fascist symbol." - I see you read that Wikipedia article on the "labrys." It's not my concern if some fascist groups once used a different labrys symbol for a time. Eagles as a symbol are and have been used in many countries past and present including Nazi Germany. Does this mean an eagle is permanently a fascist symbol? I don't think so.

• "The black triangle is anti-Semitic/it's use by gentiles is anti-Semitic." - There are Jewish lesbians, who support the use of this flag by all lesbians (even those who aren't Jewish).  Also, removing the black triangle from the flag has been interpreted as erasing Jewish lesbians. The problem comes from using the black triangle alone (not part of the flag) by gentile lesbians. I am only reporting what I have been told on this issue.

• "It was made by a man" - The rainbow flag we see at pride was made by a man and lesbians use it. Whether it was made by a man or not is irrelevant and honestly ridiculous.

If you are still not satisfied with my choice on this issue, I suggest you add "labrys" to your tag filter of choice, unfollow me, or even block me.
