What kind of horrible question is this! Nightmare. I have six siblings! That’s like a whole layer right there. Then I’ve got three parents. Nine people and we haven’t even cracked my friendship circle. 

Okay ... okay ... let’s hone this down a smidge and see if I can come up with a non-family list that is reasonable:

So What Happened?

Gen came to Havensdale for her brother Blake Huang. She might have been adopted by a bloodline hunter family, but they had never expected her to pick up the life. And she hadn't, not really. Becoming a doctor made sense. Joining the Institute had made sense. Once Havensdale had been trapped under the dome, supernaturals running riot, becoming a hunter made sense.

She re-joined the Institute 2.0 and underground #Resistance headed by Analese Huang and Viper. She can move above and below ground to help people hurt by supernatural injuries. Havensdale General is a whole other ball game now that they're under the dome. She's fighting the good fight whenever and wherever possible!

Circling back to Analese- her aunt Ana- who came back from the dead! Gen was devastated when she was killed by William Rebelo and is doing all she can to keep Ana steady. She's a great leader, but Gen knows how hard being back was for her in the beginning. That doesn't just go away.

Now, Gen appreciates that they need all the help they can get, but it's been super awkward since Charlie Emerson came down to the underground! Secret? Gen was the surgeon who put the chip in Charlie's head. She does not want anyone to find out about it. He acts so weird around her, she hates it!

Gen trains with the other members of the Resistance now she's embraced being a hunter. It's a necessary evil at this point. The thing is, she always tends to win in sparring rounds. How is she so small and yet so strong? Like, significantly packs a punch! Rumours are going around about if she's entirely human, TBH.

On the surface, she's still hanging out with the Doc Squad, keeping Havensdale together with Andy Parker, Meredith Brightman and Veronica Ross. Underground, she babysits Dean Argent and Harper Belhaven's adorable twins and honestly? She has so much to say about the Dean x Harper relationship like, OMG.

Obviously, there have been some pretty significant lows these past three years. That's the fight, though, right? That's what Gen thought, but everyone took a big hit when they lost the McReids. Now knowing that Karen McReid was killed by William Rebelo- just like with Ana- she is entirely on board with treating him as public enemy #1 one. Gen, Danny McReid, Charlie and Ryan Mitchell are all in the same boat there-- they want #revenge.

Wanted Connections

I share a birthday with Severus Snape. Which happens to be in fifteen days.

I got my first tattoo when I was 20, and now I have four in total. It definitely is addicting and I kind of want another, but I don’t know what I’d get or where I’d put it.

My undergraduate major was Math, and I had a double major in Middle Eastern Studies. Now I study Political Science.

I speak French and Arabic fluently, and I’m trying to learn Polish.

I’m an Australian citizen, but I’ve never been there.

I have a pretty freaking adorable cat (if you want to see pictures of him see my tag “lokitten”) who i adopted two years ago and he’s the best

I often speak using British colloquialisms and don’t realize it. I also switch between British/American spellings and don’t notice.

I love snow and skiing and the cold. Personally, I think its the best.

My favourite colour is blue, pretty much any shade of it (except Carolina blue ‘cause GTHC).

I love the Christmas season, but the actual day itself stresses me out sometimes

I broke my ankle this summer because I literally just tripped and fell. And about 15 of my teammates (including my crush) got to witness this high point in my life

I love to write, and would love to  write a book someday. I dont have as much time for writing as I’d like though

My best friend is also a red head ( @dx7747 ) and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s also the only person from my real life who has the privilege of knowing my tumblr. 

I love owls. Like its a weird obsession, idk, but I think they’re just awesome and cool.

I’m not gonna stick to all CS here, because I’m gonna go with my overall favourites. In no particular order...

One Day (CS)

Some love stories don't unfold right away, some take time to get to the good part. Emma Swan has no idea when she meets Killian Jones, that that day will become a very important part of her life. Catch a glimpse into the world of Emma and Killian for a single day each year. ~12,500 words. 

Why? I don’t know, I guess because I think it’s one of my more creative works. It’s really a challenge to try to write a continuous story when you only get to capture one day each year. So much happens in between that, and how do you convey all the things that happen “off screen”, as it were? I guess I think that this is the piece that pushed me the most so far, and I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out.

That Don’t Sound Like You (CS)

Emma and Killian find Liam in the Underworld, and things don’t go quite as Emma planned. Written before 5x15, so I guess it’s an alternative to that. ~2600 words.

Why? I just really enjoyed doing this piece, because it felt better to me than what we got in 5x15. This is more in line with what I would have liked to see. Idk, I guess I just feel like this one turned out well, so.

Hold Onto Me, I’m a Little Unsteady (CS)

Emma isn’t the only one who has a hard time saying goodbye. ~2300 words.

Why? Ah, omg, I loved writing this one. Anything where I get to really delve deep into Killian’s mind and past and heart is just awesome for me, so I enjoyed doing this. I think it’s probably one of my favourites more just because of how into writing it I was, rather than just because I was pleased with the outcome.

Lucky I’m In Love With My Best Friend (HP)

Deamus wedding, sometime post-Battle of Hogwarts. Prompted by the headcanon that “Seamus used his particular proclivity for pyrotechnics to set off fireworks at his and Dean’s wedding.” ~3000 words. 

Why? I love the headcanon (though to be fair, I’m pretty biased as its mine), and this song (which I hadn’t listened to or thought about in years) popped into my head and voila, fic. Idk, again, it was fun to write, and it was different. I got to play with some characters I don’t usually write, so that was fun. 

Better Together (HP)

Beginning in 1965, when the Marauders are all 5 years old, we follow them as they meet, become friends, experience tragedy, fall in love, and do all the other things they’re supposed to do. See them start their Hogwarts years, play pranks, and grow closer, becoming more like brothers than friends. WIP (~32,000 words)

Why? If I had to pick an all-time favourite, it’s this one. In part because its the closest thing to an original book that I’ve done. I mean, yes, the main characters were the creation of someone else and the setting and stuff, but at the same time, we don’t know a lot about them, so there’s so much to be creative with. Not to mention there’s a whole host of original characters that I got to make and there’s this whole universe that’s living in my head (which I’m trying to put on paper at @thosemarauderboys, and I’m just really excited about this story, and I think it has a very special place in my heart.
