Finn’s genetic make up is a little strange but he’s like 70/80% human and 20/30% deathclaw, and was engineered very specifically to be as productive as possible. He’s the combination of the DNA of a female human and a female deathclaw.

So this all being said, Deathclaw react. Strangely. To him. He’s just enough of their kind for them to take a pause when they’re after him and he sorta smells like them but obviously he’s human-sized so it’s probably pretty much of a toss up whether or not they’ll attack or try to eat him.

Ten things I know about Finn:

he is a ridiculous old man in a young man’s body, evidenced by the fact that he carries hankies around (non-ironically)

he makes a really fucking great soup

he is totally fucking oblivious to all flirting 

is super cute in a geeky, I want to defile him, kind of way

can manage to get the even the guards to almost play nice (briefly)

is so well-behaved that I’m not even sure whether he jacks-off

looks really nice in green 

can really fucking sing (holy shit ~ so good at karaoke)

has the fluffiest dares of all time

is very cute when he surprises someone with birthday cake.

Finn often finds colours overwhelming because everything had an extremely limited colour palette in the First Order. It’s mostly a good kind of overwhelming, because every assault of excess is an exciting new experience, but sometimes it’s just too much for his eyes and he needs a break.

Finn was good at every type of combat training as a stormtrooper; Phasma called him officer material before he revealed #1 and #2 above

I am much less fascinated by casinos; I know someone who has a gambling addiction  and it legit tears lives apart.  

Finn makes friends so quickly I want to know what that’s like!!!!!!! I am so standoffish and it takes me no exaggeration at least a year to really warm up to someone.

I was not raised in an artificial bubble restricted from every pleasure in life, so I think Finn is hyped to try very simple things we take for granted. Imagine him getting to taste a space fruit or pet a space puppy for the first time my god.

He is very traumatized from being subjected to a lifetime of brainwashing but STILL he is very certain in his convictions once he decides he needs to do something, and I can stand to learn from that!!! Stop second-guessing my big decisions so much!!
