I am terrible at moderation. I have developed the worst habit of buying to-go coffee and every attempt to moderate it has failed miserably. If I make room in my budget for a small to-go habit, I find ways to count coffee purchases as "social" spending or "groceries".... If I say only x times per week, then surely I can get a coffee today and I'll just skip tomorrow.... 🙃 So I've banned take-out coffee entirely this month. I've made it to day two and I'm already trying to con myself into allowing a loophole. "it's so nice outside... How can I truly enjoy it without an iced coffee?!" Haaaaa. Am I hopeless? Probs. .
