Got it done, figured as it was ab intervals I probably wouldn’t be jumping around like a loon and disturbing my downstairs neighbour! This is the first workout I’ve had to follow the modifier Tania entirely. Abs are a big weak point with me. I struggled with the mods if I’m honest. But excited to see how I do in a few weeks time! Now I’m going to go cry in a corner and hope I don’t sneeze for the next 24 hours.
