Hellooooooooo Nurses!

I don't think anyone has yet attempted to pit the Animaniacs cast against each in a Tumblr poll yet, so I will be doing the honors. This poll is for the best character from the original (1993) Animaniacs series. (If this goes well there may be a reboot poll, but we'll cross that bridge).

You'll find below the brackets of the 28 reoccurring characters from the original series and links to the polls. I'll be leaving Round 1's polls open for a week and we'll go from there in terms of participation and interest.

Due to the number of characters included, Yakko, Wakko, Dot, and Brain will appear in Round 2, don't worry!

This is purely for fun and friendly competition is encourage. Please don't start any fights or take this too seriously, okay? It's just a silly poll. Yakko, Wakko, and Dot will report you to the "Please, please, please get a life foundation" if you take this too seriously, that's a threat.

I wouldn’t call it unlikely. Some people are just naturally really light and eating disorders are not unheard of. You can do some reading up yourself if you like on Army Regulation 600-9, the Army Body Composition Program. I’m only offering it to you as a courtesy though; bizarrely enough there’s next to nothing on it regarding underweight soldiers. There’s like, an annotation in subtext in italics or some bullshit. Although there is an entire section devoted to handling eating disorders. I guess based on this, overweight soldiers are objectively considered a bigger problem.ABCP basically just says that an underweight soldier’s commander needs to babysit the soldier and get them medically evaluated. I’ve seen and heard this result in double rations, more fattening rations, fatty snacks during field exercises, and constant observations from superiors over whether or not the soldier is eating enough. Accusations of eating disorders aren’t uncommon, although if a soldier were actually diagnosed with one then that’s a good deal more serious and easy grounds for a chapter.

I’ve never personally heard of anyone being discharged or flagged for being underweight, nor can I find anything on Google that suggests this happens when unrelated to eating disorders, but if the soldier were like, grotesquely underweight then they might be looking at a chapter, not necessarily for being underweight but for not making improvements to meet the standard. A soldier who doesn’t change up their routine and never gains any weight is disobeying direct orders, but as long as the soldier is clearly eating, is gaining weight (even if it’s slowly) and is medically healthy, then odds are they wouldn’t be kicked out for it.-Kingsley
