She lectured me about only taking my meds as prescribed and kinda just went on and on about it as if I didn't fucking understand this already and idk was weird about my questions about long-term use of some of the meds and whatever.
My psychiatrist never would've treated me like that. He would've just said not to do it again, and probably would've upped my dose (just not as high) because, even though I fucked up, I was still right.
Ffs the reason I got put back on Adderall in the first place was because I told him FLAT FUCKING OUT that I was already taking it because I had some leftover from my previous psychiatrist and it was helping me function like an actual human person.
