a friend just got through the stolen century arc, so I was talking to them about it and i remembered one of my original confusions about the whole thing, where when barry and lucretia were debating their respective solutions to hiding the light of creation.Ā
i was like,Ā ā??? I donāt understand why canāt lucretia just use her shield to put a barrier around the light of creationāĀ
if putting the barrier around the world would stop the thrall but break the bonds between separate realities, why couldnāt you just. bubble only the light. it seems a lot more cost-efficient and easy than trying to split it into 7 different pieces or bubbling an entire reality.
i proceeded to become extremely confused in story and song when taako was likeĀ ābro we just bubble the hunger thenā and everyone was likeĀ āoh why didnt i think of thatā but anyways. can someone explain
