Why everything is taking so long
I still wonder how some people can run multiple blogs, make gifs, make edits, make vids, have contests, go to school/work, and still have time to say to themselves, "Yes, I am sane." I applaud them because it seems like a lot of work. Tumblr can be a means of de-stressing, but sometimes there is just so much content to look at, it's overwhelming. I wallow in my feels enough as it is (usually due to Matt Smith, Smillan, or Whoufflé), and I really can't handle it sometimes. It's like I need a break from the social gatherings, but I also need breaks from solitude. And finding "the happy medium" can be tough. Hopefully I "get it" someday lol.
AnyWHO, here are my excuses reasons as to why I haven't really been posting much "original" stuff lately:
Other projects: working on gifs and vids, as well as contributing to another group blog).
Multiple vids: umm I have the tendency to vid-jump (work on one vid and then stop to work on another vid), and it's usually just because the feels are getting a bit much for a particular vid idea, so I must shift my focus to another vid idea. In the end, it all works out, and most vids get uploaded.
My feels: enough said, right?
Work: it's both physically and emotionally draining at times.
Applying for jobs: because I gotta do something with that degree I just got...yeah.Â
Social commitments: I'm going to be a bridesmaid for two weddings coming up and I still need to buy the shoes and get the dresses altered and help with the little parties that go along with them and there's just so much to do (yet I still manage to make time to go on tumblr to say these things). Also, hanging out with friends and the boyfriend.
Tumblr itself: so. much. content. and. so. mesmerizing.
My fish: Ezra my "baby" betta requires lots o' attention.Â
Stuff: the million other things I need to do.
Okay, enough of that. Gotta go do these things now (yay! <- a "serious" yay, because I really do enjoy doing all these things--well, work...maybe not so much lol) :D
