Hi y'all it's been a while since I last posted a thought post;;;; anyway i decided to write this post today because i felt really strongly for this matter so i decided to raise it.. I know many many of you are still upset about the addition of Somin & Sechan. At first, i was really upset too, and i thought that they were "extra" or "trying too hard". I mean it's fairly understandable why people would get mad, running man has been going with Jihyo as the only female member and Kwangsoo as the maknae, with the addition of the 2 members it makes Jihyo & Kwangsoo's role useless already... especially for me as a Jihyo stan, i was so salty that she wasn't the only female member anymore. i stopped watching rm for like at least 4 weeks? because i was just that upset. but i decided to watch it again suddenly because i had nothing else, and once i watched the new episodes, my thinking of the new members totally changed. they're really funny, making the mood of the show much better. They were no where near "extra" or "trying too hard", but instead they fit right in and worked hard enough! And what made me accept them the most was because Jihyo seemed so much more comfortable with Somin around. She must have gone through so much being the only female cast member the past 7 years, and finally with another female she must feel so relieved! You can tell that the original members are having so much fun with the new members, and that's what matters most isn't it? If our members like them so much, it's all good! we should respect the new members too, like how our members are. i'm sure many of you who don't like the new members haven't watched the episodes with the new members. trust me, watching it once will change your opinions. but, if you've watched it and still don't like them, it's fine. personal opinion anyway right? but what's wrong is that many of you are taking that unhappiness to the members instagram accounts! Somin and Sechan are really active on instagram and i'm sure they've read all the nasty comments you guys have written about them. I've seen it for myself and some are really very harsh. Imagine if your favourite member goes to another show as a new cast, but get hates on so badly by other fans? you'd hate that right? so please don't do it to Somin or Sechan too. If you have disagreements, it would be much appreciated if you keep them to yourselves and not embarrass the fandom. Sechan and Somin are part of the RM family, so it's time you start treating them like they are. remember, we are a welcoming and open family, along with the members! So please, mind yourselves!! leave nice comments on their instagrams to cheer them up and bury the mean comments, and don't forget to report the mean ones too. Somin & Sechan, we love you and continue working hard! 9012 ❤️ (p.s. kwangmin is quite cute tbh like as siblings or what not they're just cute) xxxxxx

Time flies... They've been through ups and downs, injuries and illnesses yet put our happiness and laughter first. They went from strangers to castmates to friends then family and now rely on each other, protect and comfort each other. And us fans, despite lower viewer ratings have put aside our differences to support them in the show and other personal promotions. We just wish them happiness, with whomever it will be with, and good health. Running man 화이팅!
