No edit Thursday 😂 Been a good day. Enjoying this week with my BF. Trying to slow time down. Since he’s leaving tomorrow 😦 We went on a grocery run with mum this am. And then had lunch. Checked the melon patch in the garden. And some other odds and ends

there are times when I am hopeful, and times when all I can do is doubt myself I've been very tired lately this summer has been both good and bad in terms of good- I did some fun things I never thought I'd do in terms of bad- my depression was/is at an all time high, even compared to how it was in March although I'm feeling a bit better now, I'm worried I will get too optimistic and something will trigger me again and out of nowhere I will feel empty and alone and cold I'm trying to get better. I can feel myself getting a little better. but I've definitely realized that being at my house is not helping me get better
