Sajan enters 77kg Greco-Roman final at Junior World C’ship

India’s Sajan Bhanwal assured himself of at least a silver after advancing to the finals of 77kg Greco-Roman event in the Junior World Wrestling Championship at Trnava, Slovakia.

So I started all of this once before. Went through the stages of counting calories, skipping meals, not eating at all and exercising until I passed out.

And it went well! I went down three dress sizes and I was the happiest I’d ever been.

But ever since the beginning of this year something changed. I’ve been feeling different and 7 of those kilos I worked so hard to lose came right back.

But nothing had changed. Yes my life is more stressful. Yes I’m not as happy as I was. But it doesn’t make any sense.

I considered all the possibilities. Stress, thyroid problems, a cryptic pregnancy, but I still have no idea. So I’m finally going to the doctor tomorrow to see if there’s an underlying issue. To be honest I’m prettified. But I can’t keep gaining weight when I’m always trying so hard to lose it.

I’m not going back to the me I used to be.
