You just know she's about to go do something.

it’s been in the back of her mind throughout dinner, or actually, all day, maybe even for the better part of the week, but not in a distracting or incessant way. she often forgot to think about it, if that makes sense, because louis makes it very easy to stay focused on the present moment. jas believes in mindfulness, wants to get better at it, but she’s too much of an over-thinker to fully hit the mark. jas had wanted to ask during dessert, which wasn’t really dessert but just her drinking coffee, because they’ve already spent so much of their relationship in hotel rooms that it’s nice not going back to another one right away. it also feels like they’ve had good conversations while walking or in the middle of a hallway so maybe asking now while they’re walking back to the hotel is decent timing. “so...i’ve been wondering something.” and she makes sure to keep her tone light, to the extent she might even sound slightly too cheerful, but presenting herself the way she wants to be perceived is easy, usually, when it’s not louis she’s trying to put on a facade for. “it’s not anything big and i’m only kind of bringing it up because of the timing! but, naturally, i have been thinking a lot -- i mean, more than usual -- about what you mean to me and sometimes i feel like maybe the way i think about you in my head is different from what i actually say to you aloud. and i wanted to ask you a sorta overly specific question. there isn’t a right answer, i’m just curious.” @princessleialover69

Sophia has had a rough day. She isn't sleeping unless she's being nursed or held. She's fussy for what seems like no reason. I love my sweet girl and I worry about her. It could be teething or gas pains or anything else. I guess I'll just hold her and let her sleep in bed with me.
