#6677 Champ Libre Déjeuner En Paix (Bourbon) (Canada) Noah! After almost 2 years without an in-flesh hang, we cracking this bad boy. Coming in at 11%, it’s a bold imperial stout with maple wood and coffee, and aged bourbon barrels. It pours jet black with an espresso head and a sweet, chocolatey nose, the body is thick and decadent, the coffee is very present and bitter, it’s sweet but not overly so, the maple wood shines through subtly, it’s extremely drinkable, the bourbon and oak are just right, it’s smooth and with a dusty, slightly bitter finish.
