Whilst tidying/rationalising I found my old 60beat Bluetooth HRM chest strap monitor. I have no idea if it still works (I'd imagine it'll definitely need a new battery) but before I donate it to a charity shop does anyone who follows me want it for free? (I'll pay the postage).

60beat created a game pad for iPad. This game pad will provide an absolute ease with hyping and supporting the gaming experience.

60Beat GamePad controller is a game controller developed for iOS devices, utilizing the line-in minijack port for connecting to your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch and requires no batteries. While this idea seems pretty useful, I can't help but wonder how this device will operate to games requiring gestures and well...multitouch! Making a controller for those kind of devices seems obsolete to me, as most of iOS games want to take advantage of multitouch and new ways of interacting with the game world without utilizing an intermediate device (or on-screen controls) but solely the fingers and gestures. In any case, the idea of a controller which doesn't include batteries and connects to the audio port seems really interesting!
