Today the gps in my watch stoppede tracking during the first km withput me noticing, so instead of going for the 5km mark, I decided to run 35 minutes and then plot the route in when I came home.
Normally my watch vibrates after every km, so i know my time and at what pace I just ran that km, and I adjust my tempo according to it. Since I wasn’t ble to do that today, i just pushed myself. It was so hard that I almost couldn’t breath at the end - but as you can see it totally paid off.
I have wanted to run a 5 k in under 35 minutes for so long and I finally did, so it is time to celebrate with a nice bath and some lunch!
