on like, an aesthetic viewpoint I think they’re so fun tbh bc grumpy boy with literal sunshine.... :((( LOVE THAT SHIT although I don’t ship 8059 purely bc I have some real dumb aversion to the popular ships just makes me brain go :/ big rip

I think arguably they have one of the most fleshed out relationships in the series. they work off each other to strive forward and to do better, by themselves and others (and Tsuna specifically, in terms bc he saved them both from fatal moments you know) and because Hayato was finally someone who could actually piss off Takeshi, it allowed the latter to grow. we’ve seen Takeshi kind of upset prior to the future arc, and troubled and all that stuff. but Hayato actually managed to make Takeshi angry in that moment, which was a first (and Hayato hadn’t expected it, either).

I think it’s neat that the two manage to pull reactions and emotions from the other that outside parties wouldn’t be able to. all intents and purposes they may as well be best friends skdndkcj. they help each other grow into their own and it’s good!! one of the more supportive relationships, even with the arguing and insults lol. for that, I wish we had gotten to see them react TYL but Amano didn’t give us that so
