Day 22#50pullupsaday also did some circuit training today. How ya feeling @coolkurt165
Day 17 #50pullupsaday almost didn't make it to the gym today but #noexcuses did 10 rounds 10 pull-ups, 10 Burpees and 100 jump ropes per round (at Retro Fitness of Deer Park)
Day12 #50pullupsaday also did some strength work 5 sets each of 5 heavy Reps for Deadlifts, Squats and Incline Benchpress. (at Retro Fitness of Deer Park)
