okay so basically what happened is I was 100% honest and she suggested that I give all my meds to my mom and have her distribute them to me each day and she made me call my mom and I just sorta *didnt* and just pulled my knees to my chest and started sobbing. eventually she asked if she could call her and I agreed. she called her and it was terrible. but it cudv been worse. then she came up with a "safety plan" for me: suicide hotline, distractions I can use, ppl I can call. she said she didn't think I needed to be hospitalized rn bcos I didn't have intent to kill myself but rather just didn't trust myself not to be impulsive with my meds so we just needed to remove them. but she said if I started feeling like I was gunna act on suicidal urges then I shud call 911.which I probably won't do bc ambulances cost a shit ton, but I cud probably tell someone and then go to the ER if that happened. telling my mom wasn't as bad as I thought it would be tho.
my therapist also asked me if I needed to go back to IOP and I just sorta grunted in response. and then at one point she said I might need a higher level of care. but we were running out of time, and I was sobbing and not rlly present, so we didn't talk much more about it right then so I guess we'll talk about that on Monday.
So I'm watching Buzzfeed Unsolved and why do I do this even though I spook easy. This isn't the first time I've watched a spooky thing for fun. Why do this when easy spooks. Why.
