I had a head MRI today for headaches, pain behind my right eye and difficulty focussing with my right eye and severe photophobia in my right eye. The noise of the machine triggered such a bad headache that I've been laying in bed most of the day. But I finally felt better to get range and repair done. Hitting the last week hard from tomorrow alongside starting my new job in the NHS at a clinical contact caseworker. The prep has now entirely disappeared off the BOD Apple Watch app so fracking on the watch instead. Today was legs. I had to switch rest with legs yesterday as I had the worst stomach cramps. Total body push/pull nearly finished me off today. Endurance & Agility done. Should've been done yesterday but I had a panic attack in the night and then was just in a full blown anxious and depressed state yesterday so listened to my mental health and just took it easy. I've been MIA the last few days. I've had a terrible IBS flare...and (TMI warning) I've basically been running to the toilet all day every day. As a result I haven't worked out cause that would not end well. I'm finally feeling a bit better today so I'm hoping to jump back on tomorrow. Want to try and get the last workout of week 3 and the first of week 4 done tomorrow.
