Yall im gonna fucking cry I’m finally almost below 200lbs this is such a big deal I’ve lost 11 pounds since late June… next stop 110 lbs. Obviously my insulin resistance meds for my PCOS are a part of it because now that my insulin is doing what it’s supposed to do I’m going to lose weight but a lot of it is r3stricting on top of having my insulin corrected. Omfg this is insane.
I know 200lbs is fat as fuck trust me I know I’m hideous but I will make treasure out of trash.

Locking myself out of any romantic or sexual relationship until I hit my UGW is a great incentive to actually lose it. Anyways I’m so insecure in my body anyways that the idea of someone seeing me naked makes me want to recoil. I hate being perceived even with layers of baggy clothes on. i genuinely think i messed myself up this time. i can’t breath right, eating makes me feel nauseous i was at the hospital bc i little stopped breathing all they said was it was a panic episode its been almost 4 days i feel as if i sleep i wont wake up. all i do is drink, smoke & b/p if not st4rve. i want too get better but worse all at once i just don’t know any more.
i’ll just keep praying and get closer to them.
food is so good when i don’t pay attention to the calories, how it feels to chew and swallow, ways i can burn it off later or how gross the feeling of being full/just having it sit in my stomach is!!
