More #crosstraining today in the water. Had my longest #lapswimming workout in a while at 1400 yards and it felt good. I guess the @rungum I had before it helped. Although maybe that was why I had to 💩 so bad by the end. Yes, I know, #tmi but what is it about swim workouts that do that? Oh well I got through it and even got a #pr on the #400timetrial I did to finish up the workout.
