30 Seconds of Nature . Sitting with my Eastern altar this morning after my first yoga practice in about 2 weeks, I caught sight of this scaly messenger. . Sitting silent in the shade... Great heaviness above... Waiting? Watching? Resting? Dreaming?Maybe all of the above? . Lizard whispered to me today to take time to find the quiet rest in the shade, with the darkness. . Yes, the heaviness is right above us. The brilliant light of the Sun, illuminating tragedies, unrest, deep systemic issues. The garish light can burn and blind. .
