I did work out the other day, just stuck to the 30 day shred as I wanted something I could do. But we’ve all been so ill for a couple of weeks as we all came down with colds.
It was hard work and I had to stop a couple of times because I was coughing so hard. I was surprised by how hard I found the push ups, but I have lost a lot of my upper body strength.
But I did end up finishing and felt better for moving my body again.
