Ehhk!! Cant wait till Spring so i can start the running challenge again :( stupid rain & irish wind & freezing cold!
I'v had to resort to indoor activities for my Cardio does. I do Taebo, Skipping, Hiit or Cardio boxing & i'v started doing Tabata in the evenings for an extra boost of cardio in my day.. I'm defo goin to restart the #R4FL challange come spring ish.. :D
