Ingredients: 1 cup fresh spinach leaves. 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place the fresh spinach, chopped apple, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie. Blend everything until smooth and creamy, adjusting the almond milk as needed to achieve your preferred consistency. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or cinnamon if desired, then blend again to incorporate any additional ingredients. Pour the Spinach Apple Smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!

The flaky salmon, breadcrumbs, and tasty seasonings in these salmon cakes make them taste great. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, so seafood lovers can eat them as an appetizer or as a main dish. Each bite tastes better because of the fresh herbs and vegetables that were added.
Ingredients: 1 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper. 1 egg, beaten. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, red onion, bell pepper, egg, lemon zest, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Make patties out of the mixture that are the size you want. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. In the pan, cook the salmon cakes for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and hot all the way through. As a side dish, serve it hot with your favorite sauce or salad.
