Ingredients: 300g rigatoni pasta. 200g mushrooms, sliced. 150g peas. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 200ml heavy cream. 50g Parmesan cheese, grated. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook rigatoni until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until the onion and garlic smell good. Put mushrooms slices in the pan and cook them until they dry out and turn golden brown. Add the peas and stir them in. Cook for a few more minutes, until the peas are soft. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a low boil. Wait a few minutes and add the cheese. The sauce will get a little thicker. Put the cooked rigatoni pasta into the pan and toss it around so that the sauce covers all of it. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the pasta and mix it all together.
