Probably a stray, but I found an adult, super friendly, un-neutered, tan-gray and brown tabby in the snow around noon on the 3300 block of falls road. If he wasn't more friendly than most indoor cats and I had seen him around before, I'd be sure he was a stray. The neighbors didn't recognize him either. My girlfriend will be taking him to the MdSPCA when she goes to work this morning. But I doubt they will be open to the public, so if it is someone's cat, they'll probably have to wait until Thursday to get him back.
No pics, sorry. The SPCA occasionally gets people trying to claim rescues are their animals that got loose so they don't have to pay adoption fees or because they are a bit crazy.
