Frankly, I don’t remember details about last night’s meditation session ! It must have been in the deep subconscious where dreams are weaved and forgotten upon waking. I must have got so caught in the thick subconscious that I can’t remember a thing right now. And it’s less than 12 hours since my last session !

Or maybe it’s the quality of sleep after the meditation session that has made me forget details about the only good moment from yesterday. This is serious. Seriously bad. If my worldly concerns still have the power to make me angry, then I haven’t made enough spiritual progress.

To make spiritual progress, I’ll have to notch up my efforts to ‘meditate all the time’ and I simply don’t know how to do it. The need of the hour for me is to know how to ‘burn seed desires’ in the ‘fire of wisdom’. If I don’t learn this immediately, my thwarted desires are going to keep stirring my calmed mind into anger. Not nice. And I haven’t even arrived at a depth of meditation where one can clearly see seeds of desire waiting to sprout.
