Lat pulldowns: 70 lb x 10 x 2; 80 lb x 5 x 1
Bent over rows: 15 lb x 10 x 1; 20 lb x 10 x 2
Deadhangs: 21 s, 17 s, 9 s, 14 s, 12 s
Kettlebell swings: 25 lb x 10 x 3
Side bends: 25 lb x 10 x 1 each
Reverse flys: 20 lb x 10 x 2
Stairmaster: 5 min, 22 floors
Toe taps: 10 x 2 each side
Bicycle crunches: 20 total
This was a really good workout! I'm so happy that the 70 lb lat pulldown was wayyy easier for me this week! I tried for 80 but could still only get 5 good ones. Should have done a third 70 lb set but I was excited. It was so much easier. Hopefully that's true tomorrow too. I felt stronger and that was great.
The problem with my deadhangs is not muscle strength but grip. I've watched a couple videos but I'm still pinching skin and there's not much there to pinch...
