My word for 2020 is VULNERABILITY. I have been reading and listening to a lot of Brene Brown's books lately. She talks a lot about vulnerability, courage, and authenticity. It takes courage to be vulnerable, to open yourself up to new experiences, new people, new places and ideas. Being vulnerable means being authentic, being true to yourself, doing what sets your soul on fire without worrying what others will whisper about you.
